We had them before so this is the second time and they're very good. They called them old school plumbers. There was no issues. I would use them again in the future.

Fabulous. The office was diligent about getting me in the same day. Guys came, diagnosed the issue and made the repair within 30 min. It was all straight forward, no trying to scam or tell me it all needed replacing. The price was accurate for the repair and the guys were in and out. Recommend.

great. they gave us an estimate then made a date to complete the service. they were professional, neat and did a very good job. the called us several days later and wanted to return to make sure they drained a particular portion of the house. they returned and double checked their work

It could not have gone better. I called at 8:05 on a Saturday and had Francisco in my home a half hour later. He quickly diagnosed the problem, told me how he was going to fix it and what the cost would be. Not only did he correct the problem but got all the water out of my basement and then stayed and tested all facets of my heating system to make sure they worked properly prior to leaving. A job well done!!!

I called Blits and spoke to Callie who said she could send someone quickly. She called back, told me the minimum for an installation, which I accepted, and within a half-hour they were here. Jose and Roberto took off their shoes before coming in (it was raining all morning) without asking and set to work. I showed them the problem, Roberto fixed the leak and reinstalled the faucet (it had been installed incorrectly by a handyman -- the whole thing was centered off to the left, which has been pretty annoying for almost a year). Everything very clean. Done within an hour. Even my dog liked them. My previous plumber was so clearly overcharging us (he could never look at us when giving the price). I'm glad to be done with that company. I'll call Blits next time for sure.

I am extremely happy with Blits Plumbing. The receptionist was very nice and had a crew to my house the same day that I called. The crew that was sent were extremely professional and very clean. They did a great job. I definitely would use them again.

Remember me?! I used Blits plumbing before and said if this old house has another issue, I'll call them again, because, "I FOUND ME A PLUMBER!!!!". Sure enough, I called them and left a message, I think it was Thursday evening or Friday morning. A women returned my call but I was working and couldn't pick up the phone so she left me a message. She left me her cell number in case I call again and still get a machine. She wanted to make sure I talked to someone personally. (Yep, just what I would expect from Blits Plumbing, old fashioned service, you can't beat that.) That night, Mr. Blits the owner called me to see what needed to be done. My carpet was soaked in the basement and I had a feeling somewhere in the ceiling tile near a wall there was a leak. I tore up the ceiling tile and found a leaking valve. He was honest with me and said I can send someone there tomorrow to see if he can shut it down but he wasn't sure he can fix it that day. No lie, I was disappointed. It was a slow leak so I said okay and hung up. I went on Angie's list and looked for other plumbers, not one returned my call that night or today. I woke up at 8:15 am and went to the kitchen when the phone rang. It was Mr Blits telling me he can send his men right away and if that's okay. OKAY?!!! Bring em on!!!!! They showed up within 30 minutes, replaced all three old valves and they were on their way. Bing-Bam-Boom, WOW!!! I've used them before and will use them again, your the best. Thanks crew!!!! I'm afraid to write these things because everyone will use them and they'll turn into, "one of those" plumbing companies". They deserve the accolades.

I used Blits few times and its workers always were very nice and fix the issues at hand. This time I had them check our main drain because of water coming out of my bathroom and it was determined that was a cesspool issue. They changed a faucet in bathroom. Workers were very honest in their opinions and hard workers. I highly recommend this company.

They were very responsive from the first call. They made an appointment within less than 24 hours. The plumber. Miguel, arrived on time, and was very nice and helpful. He checked out the issues thoroughly. He fixed the problems I needed fixed quickly. And I thought that the price was very reasonable. Very happy with them, and will happily work with them again should I need them in the future.

They came promptly to my sister in laws home and repaired a rusty pipe that was leaking in the heating system. They explained everything to her and their charges were very reasonable. would highly recommend.

They were on time, kept the original price of the estimate, and did everything they said they were going to do. I have nothing really bad to say. Both times they were excellent.

Made the appointment, waited over an hour, no plumber. The phone call came from Blits an hour and 45 minutes AFTER the scheduled appointment time -- no courtesy to let me know he would be late or could not do it today. Apparently had no trouble inconveniencing me.

Woke up with water in the basement from a bad leak that had been going all night. I called in the morning and they showed up in the early afternoon. Replaced the pipe. In about an hour. That is quick for that kind of job. Guys who came were nice, professional, and fast. Just before they were going to leave, threw the shower drain at them. It is a T drain so it isn't easy to snake. Twenty minutes later, they were done. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

First gentleman was lovely and installed the bathroom tank quickly and efficiently. Looked at the kitchen sink and told me exactly what I needed for repair. Looked at shower and was going to fix when asked for certain parts. Apparently the previous plumber had taken or discarded them to my disbelief. Second time they were here, two of his assistants, was also a pleasure. They were efficient, neat and knew exactly what to do. I am awaiting the replacement parts for the shower and would only call Blits Plumbing for the installation. Wonderful experience and will always highly recommend.

They are the best. They're spectacular and I've recommended them to five other people. The guy's terrific. In a business where everybody is a third peg, that guy was wonderful. He came on time, charged a reasonable fee, and actually fixed it.

The plumber and helper came while I was out, and explained everything they were doing to my wife, which put her at ease. They were on time, left no mess, did a bang up job. I could not be happier with the results. Will definitely use them again.

I officially have "my plumber." My sump pump died over the weekend unbeknownst to me since I was away. I left a message with Blits Sunday night around 9pm; I received a call back at 8am. The crew was here at 11:30am and the pump is installed and running at 12:45pm. The crew was courteous, professional and answered all of my questions. I have used Blits once before about a year ago to replace water spigots and shut of valves; also very satisfied with that experience. I will use them in the future for my plumbing needs.

.The initial visit was for a toilet that was continually running. They fixed that quickly and then, when I asked, did additional work without hesitation. This visit was to fix an outside shower. It was running excessively; and I knew our water bill would be excessive. They responded within hours of my call and fixed the problem quickly. I will not use anyone for plumbing problems. They are wonderful!!!

replaced overflow tank, replaced blown circuit breaker, reconnected boiler to breaker box. They arrived within an hour of my call, explained and showed me what they were doing, were clean and orderly.

Appointment went great. Woman on the phone was extremely helpful and guys who came to the house were very professional. Great experience.

Service was excellent. They arrived on time. They did the work quickly and efficiently and solved not only the burst pipes, but the tangential issues caused by the pipes. They were very respectful of the home, putting mats down so as not to track in mud. Manuel was the head plumber on site and I cant say enough his courtesy and professionalism. I will be a long time customer.
