FANTASTIC! He listened and was responsive to our needs and the requirements for the new landscaping. Liked dealing with him and found him and his crew very good. The installation went quickly and the clean-up was great. Recommend them highly.

As usual, everything with Band D went great !! All heads were checked for proper operation and coverage. Danny is the tech I always request because he is so knowledgeable. Band D installed my system many years ago. I wouldn't consider anyone in terms of service. They have kept my system running great year after year.

I called on Monday 9/22 to request a service visit to repair 2 broken heads. Kim gave me an appointment for the next day Tuesday 9/23 8-830 am. She called me Monday afternoon to reschedule to Wednesday 9/24 8-830am. Today 9/24 I waited and called them at 845am and left a message inquiring as to a time. I waited some more and called at 1010am and left another message. I waited longer and called a third time at 1145 am. This time I tried their payment extension and got Kim on the phone. Amazing they only answer the phone to get a payment. Yes she said I had an appointment. After checking Kim said sorry I was cancelled because they were short handed. Yet no one called or returned my calls to let me know. My system was installed by them and serviced by them for 7 years. Usually despite their communication problems service has been fine. I will br trying another service.

This was the second time (same problem last year) they did not show up.

Everything went smooth. Service guy was here for no more than 20 minutes. Not much else to tell.

Somebody told me this was a good company. I was going to call them to get an estimate and then that afternoon I saw them working in my neighborhood. I explained that I was around the corner and would like to set something up. I did not at all get the feeling that the man I spoke to cared if he got my business or not. I decided to call someone else.

Excellent experience. The owner (Ronny) did the estimate. Our house required a special water valve because of the orientation of the meter, and the estimator was able to secure approval from the water district the same day, as Band D is well-known to the district. Price was middle of estimates, but the estimate experience with Ronny and his close contact with the water district gave me high confidence in Band D. And high confidence for a quality job is my primary decision criterion. The clincher was that he refused a deposit and said payment was due only after the job was completed and we were totally satisfied. Band D arrived on time for the work. Ronny laid out the job, planting flags according to the agree-upon plan. The workers seemed all to be experienced, and the outcome was excellent. They came back for minor adjustments, and I had to call them to send a bill - they were in no rush to get paid!
