I could not possibly be happier with the care and expertise in which Nancy handled this project. This was a bedroom set which had been in the family and had been stored in the basement for over twenty years. Nancy turned it from sentimentally beloved yet outdated to completely loved by the current generation. Thank you, Nancy!

It went fine. Nancy worked with movers to pick up and return the five pieces. The work came out great, She kept in touch as she progressed.

Better than we could imagine the work was done quickly and was awesome quality. Plan on using them into the future.

My problem was entirely with making contact with the company. Initially I called left a voice mail message, waited 2 days no response. Gave them another call they answered the phone and told me they would call back in ten minutes, never received a return call. I feel contacting a company the first impression indicates the professional the have. Gave up on this one.

Nancy was very professional. She was able to make our chairs look like new. We had custom chairs that were wrapped in bark. Nancy stripped them and was able to refinish them in black to match a pair of Chinese Antique Chairs. She also was able to fix them so they were no longer weak as they were over twenty years old. These were custom chairs and I was so happy that we are able to keep them. We would have no hesitation recommending Nancy and plan to use her for other projects we have. My husband is in the stone business and is very particular with work that is done for us. He was extremely impressed with Nancy's work and was able to view first hand the work performed in her shop

It went very professional. It was a very pleasant experience. Called me in the middle of job to let me know how the job was going and when to expect my furniture.

Nancy was very responsive when I called. I wanted to send out the furniture for repair before we moved, and have it delivered to our new home. I found her to be very easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. The company that she uses to pick up and deliver the furniture was so good - I used them to move my entire house (see Economy Movers, Bohemia, NY). Nancy called me at regular intervals to give me a progress report, and ask if I wanted to come down to her shop to see the work in progress - which I gladly did.. She very kindly held onto my furniture for a couple of extra weeks while we waited to have new floors installed in our new home. She did this for no storage charge - as long as we were paid in full. This was a big help for us. My antique cabinet had a broken glass panel. When the glass came in, she was not happy with the way it looked - so she sent it out again to get it just right. I appreciate her thoroughness. When you spend this kind of money you want it done right and with great care - this is how Nancy works. My furniture has a lot of sentimental value. To have someone appreciate it as much as I do - made this a wonderful experience. When you have really good furniture, it is worthwhile to breath new life into it. My dining room set looks like it did when we were first married.

Nancy sent men to pick up furniture at W.14th Street. They did wonderful job restoring furniture to its original condition and delivered it back to me before New Years. We were very happy with service so we write review. Mi Sun Palm Spa NYC
