Description of Work: This contractor put down a product that started to peel within 1 month of application, He is unresponsive to customer complaints ... NEVER calls back. The product he applied was not covered by the warranty he purported was in force and sold. I ultimately have referred the matter to the NYS Attorney Generals Office ... he has not responded to them either. Chris Rayner DBA Valley Custom Concrete is a primary reason contractors get a bad name, he is the poster boy for shoddy, unprofessional work. I fear that my only recourse is to take him to court for recovery. If you see this guy do not pass go ... just run in the opposite direction fast as you can!
