It has never been right. They won?t come back in to fix it. They didn?t put it in properly. They told me to go get another electrician. They blamed it on me even though they didn?t know what they were doing. I haven?t been able to use my system since the end of December. The system has been totally useless since the camera doesn?t point toward the road like the cameras were supposed to.
Description of Work: They put security cameras in.

In response to the complaint from (member name removed), regarding service to a surveillance camera system we installed on 7/31/14. S & F will not be providing any additional support for free. We installed the surveillance system for her and trained her on how to use it as t reduced rate to help her out because she said she was old, alone, and was being harassed by her neighbor. Originally I told her that we could not help her because what she wanted was out of her price range. I told her after having her call back numerous times that we would help her at a reduced price which was still expensive as she told me. My technician and I spent far more time on the day of installation than contracted to make sure she was happy with everything. We truly did everything we could for her and she was very happy that day. We have our customers sign off that they are happy with the equipment, installation and training. (member name removed) is a nice woman who has asked us to come back to her home on 5 different occasions for different reasons and we have never charged her for any service call even after the equipment was out of warranty because we truly believe in customer service. Every time she would say the system is not working right even when user error was to blame and every time we left, the system was working fine and she would be happy. We have repeatedly gone to her home for reasons like customer does not like view; customer does not know how to use the system and customer does not like the style/type of camera. She has told me that her neighbor has control of her system even though the system is local only with no remote access connected to it. We also went to her home on one occasion because she said one of her cameras was not working properly only to find that the camera was damaged due to a rock or something hitting the lens. We replaced it and did not charge her when we could have. Again, she is a nice woman but we have learned the hard way that she can get angry when things do not go her way. Please note that all 5 times we dispatched a technician who took care of the issue and she was very happy every time we left her. We have all the sign off sheets that prove our point. It was the last conversation I had with her when I told her that I would need to start charging her for services or that we would not be coming to her house anymore. (member name removed) got upset and again told me that the system was not working. I told her that I was sorry but I could not help her anymore without being paid for my service. Please remind her of everything mentioned in this letter. I would welcome her response.
