+ -1 moreExcellent. Contractor reported to job site on time. Completed job in one day. Contractor encountered some unanticiapted problems with soil/clay containing a lot of water. Contractor had to use several extra tons of stone/gravel to establish the intergrity of the base. Contractor supplied the extra material at no extra charge and completed the job.
Description of Work: Excavation and removal of existing asphalt. Grading of slope to reduce existing pitch making slope more gradual. Gradng of existing stone, compacted base. Placement of Dense Binder Asphalt at 3.5 inches, compacted to 3 inches finish. Placement of blue stone in area adjacent to driveway.
