On Time Piping and Heating LTD.

Boiler broke down this week. Matty was first to respond. Told me would see me next day & he did. On time, literally, disciplined, caring & very clear in communicating expectations. He listens then tells you pros and cons. Although very busy, you do not feel shortchanged if he needs to run to another emergency. He makes sure to be the first one to arrive, sets up his crew (excellent crew too), tells them exactly what & how he wants things done, & patient answering probably redundant questions. He is fair in pricing & gives good advice. His crew is skilled, quiet and fast. Do more than what is expected. In my case, they secured loose pipes, replaced pieces that were old, & even bought a dead radiator back to life (had not worked in years). Doc, the electrician wrapped things afterwards. Very thorough & organized and again, arrived when he said he would. The place was left clean and all debris & boiler was taken by them. I hit the lotto with Matty, one in a million!

From start to finish I would rate my experience with Matty as five stars. He responded almost immediately after I reached out to him about my gas boiler that had seen better days. He stopped by my residence the next day to assess my options as to replacing the boiler. After settling on the boiler manufacturer, we then agreed on a date for the project to begin. When he says he will be there early, he means it. He is extremely professional and efficient . During the installation, he would explain things along the way for my understanding. When he left at the end of the day I was very pleased with the clean-up and quality of his workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone contemplating a gas boiler replacement.

Matthew and his crew did a great job replacing my boiler! They started work bright and early, worked professionally and cleaned up after themselves perfectly. Now I can sleep easy knowing I will wake up to a warm home. Do not waste your time with other contractors who overcharge, demand payment in cash only, or tack on last minute charges. I hired Ontime Piping and Heating to replace my boiler. Matt was the first person to respond to my request on Angi. He was friendly and easy to communicate with. His price was competitive.. He responded promptly to my texts and my phone calls and was always on time. I had a problem gaining access to the boiler but Matt understood the whole situation and worked along with me to get the job done in a set timeframe and efficiently. He cleaned up the workarea and took all the garbage. I do not regret hiring Ontime Piping and Heating and would not hesitate to hire him again for my future needs.

I Highly recommend On Time Piping and Heating without reservations. Down to earth and professional all through the project. I had a new hot water heater and new gas steam boiler installed and removal of old equipment. Definitely not light work. It was a well run process from 6:30AM and out by 2:30. I wont call anyone else from here on for plumbing issues. Matty and his crew are a Godsend.

Matthew, the company owner, was very timely in responding and really had very good knowledge of what was needed. He quoted us a fair price and came very early the next morning to quickly, efficiently and cleanly install a new gas steam boiler. Matthew, and his team were superb and I would not hesitate to utilize their services for a future project.

Matthew and his staff were extremely prompt in their response which was appreciated as my mother in law is 94 and bed-ridden, living in a suddenly unheated home due to the steam boiler cracking. He came early in the morning and looked at the job, made his recommendations, and came in with a very reasonable price. Matthew was at the job at 6:30 the next morning and completed the job by 11:00 am. Heat working beautifully. Job was very neat and professionally done. Do not hesitate hiring Matthew and his firm for your heating needs. A+

Matt gave a fair estimate. Very nice crew neat ,cleaned up when finished. excellent on explaining what was being done and how to operate hot water heater I used them to install a boiler in another home . Recommend this company

Matty is a great man, he was on time for the day of the estimate, explained all the expenses involved in the removal of the old boiler and installation of the new one. His workers are very hard worker, in one day they removed the old and installed the new boiler. They covered all the area that they were working on, in short, it was a great experience working with Matty and his team. I had dealt with others contractor before, but none like Matty, he is awesome!!!!

The web just gave me an option to choose from but Mateo and his team did every type of work at my home, from new boiler to pipes, fix, repair, install, reroute, and all during Christmas and New Years..it was emergency and they didn't hesitate to show up, with a smile, hard workers, respectful, mega professional, amazing knowledge.. The owner Matty and his team arrived on time 7;00 A.M. the installation of the boiler was performed by the owner and team in an efficient and clean manner, dropped clothes were placed throughout the house. Very knowledgeable and willing to share how the boiler works. Fair pricing, with one day turnaround. Would recommend. Plan on using him and his team for other plumbing work.
