Where do I begin, I couldn t believe my boiler was leaking after a year owning my home. I came online hoping to fix someone who can help me with this problem within a minute of hitting enter I received a phone call and it was a Sunday morning around 6:30am. Matthew called me and asked me to explain what was going on I did that and he came the same day around 9am (he actual came alittle before) timing is everything to me and he exceeded my expectations with that... he told me the bad news my boiler was definitely leaking and needed to be replace as well as my hot water tank. I couldn t believe it, his price was very reasonable we set a date for that Wednesday appointment was for 7am Matthew and his crew arrived around 6:50 definitely ONTIME which I was so excited about... Matthew and his crew worked from 7am all the way to about 2pm they did a fantastic job and along the way Matthew and his crew made it a wonderful experience. Matthew made me laugh and made this such a smooth experience... he is the BEST. His personality is out of the world and definitely tells you what it is and that s what I like no BS... he worked with me and explained it all to me (I ll still be calling him if I have questions) lol fast forward the electrician came there same day around 6pm to fix the wiring he too was also such a humble person and explained what he was doing which I loved as well, me being a first time home buyer I wanted to know.... .. Thank you Matthew I ll definitely with be contacting you for future jobs... He responds quickly. Even if he can't come quickly, he will communicate so. Very personable and I am comfortable with him in my home and I feel his work is good. I'm always happy with the results and I've used for him for more than just installing the boiler, he's helped with the bathroom and also with my tenants apartment.

Matty and his team changed a 175BTU gas boiler for my three-family house just before the weather becomes cold. Matty’s the first one responded to my request on HomeAdvisor. He gave me a good estimate and did the job exactly as his estimate. Even helped changed some rotten pipes around the boiler for no extra charge. Most important, they did such a great job! Fast, efficient, professional and best price. So satisfied and would recommend to all my friends and relatives.

Matty responded immediately which I appreciated and did show up on a Sunday earlier than expected. Our agreed price of $150 cash for installation of a vent damper. He installed the vent damper but the boiler still didn't turn on, he stated it was more than likely the aquastat which would cost approx. $250. He said he would charge total $500 for the installation of the vent damper, aquastat and the cleaning of the boiler. While upstairs in my living room discussing what I would be charged, he pulled off the cover of my thermostat, pushed down on it and replaced the cover. He said he would return on Tuesday with the part but we did communicate and he said he would be back on Wednesday, He failed to return Wednesday then communicated he return on Thursday which didn't happen either. Although he did communicate he didn't show up until Friday after 12P when he stated he would be here by 12P. I received a call from my daughter who said that he stated it was also the thermostat and had to be changed. During a conversation with him he said it was the roll out switch and that the boiler was on but the switch needed to be replaced. I asked him what do I do and what the end result was and he said you have to keep turning on the boiler by the main safety switch on the wall until he returns again. I told him this was not a solution. After repeatedly asking what was going to be done he hung up on me. My daughter called him back and he returned and changed the thermostat however it was not properly installed/adjusted. The boiler doesn't turn on unless I raise it at least 5 degrees more than the inside temperature and the boiler shuts down after 5 min. I text messaged him regarding this and he said he's not coming back I received a text from my daughter stating to pay a plumbing company Great Neck Plumbing (in Queens) $600. I paid this on my credit card however my credit card company called and asked if I charged $600 to a plumbing company in Brooklyn, when I told them no I remembered $600 was charged to a place in Queens and told them it was more than likely that company. I called the plumbing company to request a receipt and they said I had to go back to the repairman. I have relatedly requested a receipt which he has failed to supply. He texted me and stated he didn't get paid for the installation of the vent damper which was inclusive of the $600 charge on my credit card. I was charged for a part that wasn't needed (I believe he damaged the thermostat when he removed the cover). He also removed a part from my boiler (I think this is the roll out switch) and left the bracket to it on top of my boiler. He left my boiler with the jacket panels removed (the complete front of my boiler), removed a part that is needed for the boiler to operate correctly and safely, installed something that was probably not needed without adjusting correctly, failed to clean the boiler as agreed and charged for something that was not completed All in all I don't recommend this man or company. He doesn't show up when he is supposed to, overcharges, removes parts and leaves the boiler open and in a dangerous state. This was all due to a common question anyone would ask of what else is needed to be done and what is the end result. Two other things he will also attempt to try and have you replace your boiler (he asked this repeatedly) when he knows boilers themselves last 30+ years. And the second item is he doesn't like women asking questions. Ladies Beware! Stay away from this company

Matthew and his men were polite.courteous and neat Matthew came prior to installing my new heating system and explained everything in detail which satisfied all of my concerns.. I would highly recommend on time piping and heating to anyone in need of a plumbing or heating needs

I met with Matthew and his partner to have the steam boiler at my mother's house cleaned out and inspected. They were knowledgable and curtious. After the clean out, the boiler needed some additional service to get it up and running. However it was more work than he expected, he said that eventhough he has other stops scheduled he wanted to make sure that my mother's house could get warm on this very cool day. I could see that it was a challenge, but he stuck with it and got it working. The job did cost a little more than i was prepared to pay, but for the extra service that he gave it was worth it. Matthrew was trustworthy and easy to talk to. If i ever have plumbing problems in the future, he will be the 1st one to call.

Came the following day and did the work fast. Boiler was working great afterwards. Will be hiring them to do our maintenance every year.

Great job and a great price! They come in and do their job and get out. If there is an issue, they will come back and take care of anything!
