Description of Work: My electric shaver was not easily repairable. The reasons and explanation behind the problem were made to me in detail. I was very grateful for the patience afforded me! All done over the phone.

 + -1 moreMost recently I contacted them about a water cooler I had that needed repaired. It was a Brita. He was courteous and informed me that he could do nothing with it. I called Brita, they informed me that they do not do that either. The unit is not able to be repaired, the cold water dispense is what wasn't working. It is a very laid back atmosphere. My appliances have always been ready when they said they would be.
Description of Work: They take care of all of my appliances. They took an Oster blender I got in 1960 (wedding gift) and fixed it, replaced the cord. He let me know that the motor was strong. A lot of people would have sold me a new one. He also has told me that repairing a vacuum would be more costly than purchasing the new one.
