We first met him last summer, when we looked for a realtor certified by Dave Ramsey. He was one of those listed, and we made a phone contact. He got back to us right away. At that time, my parents were thinking of moving to the Elmira or PA area, and he showed us a number of houses in the area. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and very easy to talk to. I have worked with and observed a number of realtors in my life, and Mike is one of the best. He answered all questions, and was very patient. (There was no cost, as my parents decided to put up a home instead of buying one already built.) When we had to wait at one point for a homeowner who was not ready for us, we chatted easily, and he put us at ease. Another time, the owners were unexpectedly present, and stayed to "help" on the tour of their rather unusual house. There were some funny moments at that house as the owner was something of a character, and Mike remained completely professional and tactful, with only an occasional smile showing he recognized the humor in the situation. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike to anyone looking for a realtor with knowledge, integrity, tact, professionalism, patience, and a sense of humor.
