McLaughlin-Phillips LLC

I called for an estimate to have my roof replaced in the morning on Wednesday, 4/23/2014. I left my contact information and was contacted by Scott later that afternoon. He was unable to do anything that week and said he would call me early the next week and set something up with me. Today is Wednesday, April 30, I have not yet heard from Scott or anybody from McLaughlin-Phillips. During the week's time since I called McLaughlin-Phillips I was given estimates by three other contractors and I am having one of them do the job.

I would give them high marks. Their bid was lower then most others and the work was certainly fully competent. We had one small issue with a drip on the siding and they were very responsive in coming out in taking care of that. All around they did a fine job. I was very satisfied with them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Love them! Love them! Love them! My husband and I had estimates done with numerous roofing companies and struggled to find the one that would be the best. McLaughlin-Phillips was it. There was nothing we did not like about them. They came and did our estimate and we knew when they left that they were the ones. They were honest and very knowledgeable about everything. They even helped us pick out our color and gave us addresses of roofs they had done in our area that had the color we chose so we could see our result before they did the work. We were so excited and couldn't wait for them to do the work so we scheduled a start date with them.They showed up as scheduled and finished in a matter of days as promised. The roofers were kind and very professional.They kept us informed every step of the way. There was zero damage to our lawn or property. To sum it up....They are awesome and we are so happy we went with them and we would use their services again. You won't be disappointed.
