Description of Work: They checked the furnace for a proper running problem. Did not find a problem but a year later I had to call another plumber to repair the furnace.

+ -1 moreHowever the technician left without performing the repairs claiming he was refused access to an apartment he didn't need to enter while the one he did need to enter he didn't attempt. And he wasn't refused access. He asked if the person had called for service. When told no and referred to the other apartment he left forcing me to get another person to come out.
Description of Work: They were friendly and responded quickly. They were met and let into the basement to look at the furnace in my multi-unit apartment house which wasn't running on one of the coldest days of the year.
