I received a quote from a couple of different places for the service I ended up going with Al for and he was by far the most competitive. The work done was top notch and he was very friendly, would give me updates if I asked when he was coming. I would say the only negative would be that he kind of just shows up - glad I had my cars and everything clear of the driveway when he came because I had no idea until a few hours before. He also fixed the portion of my neighbors drive between the sidewalk and road since it was pretty old and deteriorating - they were super grateful and thanked us but I told them we had nothing to do with it, that was all Al! He also took some concrete we tore up from our sidewalk (as part of another job we are working on) for us so we wouldn't have to worry about dumping it. Very generous guy, the crew was friendly and overall had a great experience.

Gary Baccile handled the job. He was very responsive by cell phone. Kept me informed. Work was professional and crew was great. Reasonable price. I would highly recommend.

I called Al Baccile Paving to get a quote on a new driveway. I had planned on removing my existing asphalt driveway and replacing it. After talking to Al, I changed my mind. Al said he thought I'd end up with a better driveway if I paved over the existing asphalt, which was in fairly good shape. He said ripping out the old driveway would make more money for him, but he thought the final product wouldn't be as solid. He was in the process of doing my neighbor's driveway, so he gave me a quote the next day. I thought the quote was reasonable and I thought he did a good job at my neighbor's house, so I signed the agreement. I didn't know when I would get on his schedule, since it was summertime. As luck would have it, Al called me about four weeks later, while I was out of town on vacation. However, a few days after I got back from vacation, Al called again and wanted to start my job the next day, so I agreed. He and his crew arrived promptly when promised. They wasted no time getting to work, first leveling my existing driveway with more fill, then removing a basketball net and shrub next to the driveway, since they were adding a 6-foot "apron" on that side. He had six people working, and none of them ever seemed idle - his crew was like a well-oiled machine! They finished excavating where the apron was going, then put down the new asphalt. They were done in about 3 1/2 hours, when I had expected them to take most of the day. They did a great job blending the new asphalt with my existing concrete sidewalks and the street. The end result was excellent! Al recommended I keep vehicles off the new driveway for a few days, which I did, and to water it daily, which I also did. He also recommended sealcoating it in the spring. We've now been parking on it for a couple of weeks and it still looks great. I recommend Al to anyone in the area. He has a good reputation and it seems well-deserved. My only criticism is that I didn't know when my job would be scheduled, and I found out at the last minute when he was ready to do it. Other than that, no complaints!

Excellent quality. Very professional, and also very responsive. Called to get a quote to re-seal the driveway, and was able to complete the work the following week. Cost was below what other sealing services had quoted. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I got 4 quotes from other local blacktoppers, and Baccile came in at the best price. But I did not want to pick a company because of the price, we were originally going to go with Stanley's, but had heard bad reports from other customers. After 2 months waiting for the weather to get warmer and to actually pick who to have do our driveway...we were hearing alot of good things about Baccile's. So no question about it we choose Baccile with a great price and good reputation. We were also quoted for 3 1/2 inches of asphalt from Baccile and only 3 inches from Stanley's, Loveless and Christy's. Although we have heard great things about Loveless and Christy's as well. So we felt conifident about Baccile doing our Driveway. When I called I asked him to fit us in before the next weekend to have to enjoy for a party we were throwing, and he assured me he could fit me in although things were getting busy for him. The crew of 4 or 5 men got the job done in a day leaving our house by 2 pm. They had all the big machinery you would expect. Everything was graded away from the house and finished off very nicely. They cleaned all the mess from the road and gave us an extra 2 feet of driveway for free. When the project was finished he then told me to just give him $3500 for the job, I said, no I can see you did a great job above and beyond, you deserve the 3700 you initally quoted me. That show's some good integrity in the kind of company you want to hire to do a professional job. I am a very happy customer. We do plan on putting a top coat on the future when it needs it, but the base coat does the job well and looks very nice, alot better than the old gravel drive, thats for sure!
