The cabinets arrived a week after I purchased them. I put the cabinets together when they arrived. They were great quality and a great price! I feel I would have paid closer to $3,000 at a big box store. I would definitely recommend them!

I installed the cabinets myself once they arrived. I felt they were more affordable. The quality of the kitchen cabinets were great.

They just supplied the materials. The quality and price were good. I had an issue with one piece and they sent out a new one for no additional cost.

It didn't turn out well. Overall, the cabinets they sent us weren't very high quality. We ordered white cabinets and when we received the cabinets the paint was chipped and peeling. You could see darker undertones beneath it. I called RTA and they sent out new door fronts and drawer fronts, but they still had paint quality issues. They told me they get the cabinets from China and when they get to the U.S. they are painted. There were some quality issues just in general though as well. When they sent me out the new door fronts and drawers -- the hinges and dimensions seemed off. The quality of wood is high quality, but the paint and dimensions were the main issues. There wasn't a lot of continuity int he product. The owner was very responsive to me, but this particular line of product (the white shaker) I received is poor. We are still having problems with the product. They were responsive and offered good customer service, but at the end of the day we paid quite a bit of money for a product we aren't happy for.

They had good prices. The cabinets were cheaply made. They shipped the parts to me and I had to put them together myself.

I had to assemble the cabinets and I did not have any issues. They were an all wood product which I liked. I had an issue with a missing compentent and they were able to get me another one right away. It was good value for the money.

The finish did not match the sample. We’ve had several of our soft close hinges fail. They wouldn’t do anything about either of these problems but they were very quick to respond. They told me that there were variations in the wood and how it would take the stain, but nothing with the hinges. The quality of the cabinets was fine but it wasn’t what we thought we were ordering.

The cabinets were good and they still look amazing. It was good product and even though I am currently remodeling the kitchen, I left cabinets because they still looked good. Their pricing was very competitive and I called them about something and they were great.

Everything was on time and exactly as they said it would be. They work well with you and sit down one on one with you. They are also easy to get in touch with, and call you back within the day if they don’t answer the phone initially.

Excellant product for the price. I fully expected to have to return some cabinet doors due to quality issues. I'm pleased to say that the quality on these cabinets is great. Assembly was very easy. Drawers are also great quality. I'm planning on ordering vanities for bath updates planned.

Great experience price and quality

The online system is fairly easy to use. You just specify the number of each type of cabinet/accessory you want. Delivery takes some time because orders are generally large in size. I received 95% of my order in great condition. For items that were damaged or hed issues, the company was very fast/responsive at providing replacement pieces. For the price, these cabinets are a great value. They are easy to put together. On the model I ordered, the connection pieces seemed a little cheap (they are mostly plastic). For increased durability, I glued some seams and added some hardware L-brackets. I really liked that these cabinets are solid plywood mood as opposed to particle board or MDF. I definitely recommend these cabinets to my friends and family and would use this company again in a heartbeat. The cabinets have been installed for a year now and they are holding up nicely.

Installation went well and the cabinets are better than I expected.

First, I purchased a sample cabinet to make sure I could live with them. The sample I ordered was the last one that was any good. All the rest were crap. It took weeks for the cabinets to arrive. When they did arrive, I found several pieces very scratched and rubbed bare of finish. Because most of of these were inner cabinets and would not show I used them anyway. One panel that would show was terrible - it had several black oily marks in the wood about 8 to 12 inches across. I called to have that panel replaced - which they promptly agreed to do. Instead of the replacement panel, I got drawer hardware that I hadn't asked for. They finally shipped the right thing to me but the replacement panel had dings, scratches and other marks. Because these cabinets were a temporary fix while we build a new house, we decided to live with it. Only after that did I open all the accessories we had ordered - trim, toe-kick boards, dishwasher panels, refrigerator panels, etc. Those items all had big gouges in them, the 8 foot toe kick was broken in half, they were all useless. When the cabinets arrived, the pantry cabinets were so heavy with damp wood that I could hardly carry the pieces into the house one piece at a time. Due to a family illness, I didn't get to assemble the pantry cabinets for nearly 6 months. When I assembled them the wood had dried and was much lighter (more as they should have been) but was warped and twisted. The cam locks don't line up, sometimes off by as much as 1/8 inch. They are often not fully seated during assembly which cannot be fixed later because they are glued in place. I ended up having to rip out several and use wood screws in the front face of the cabinet to get them to assemble. These are truly ghetto cabinets. I'll replace those screws that show with brass later. It will look better than the silver I had on hand. Several of the cam locks broke and pulled apart. Maybe 1/2 of the cam locks on the pantry cabinets worked as designed - so far. The plywood is garbage. I mentioned that it arrived not properly dried and that it warped terribly as it dried. Several pieces had bubbles or separation in the plies. Do not think of this plywood as something strong and better than particle board or MDF. It is not. My brother-in-law, who is a cabinet maker, tried to warn me off, telling me that the Chinese plywood is junk. I was so dead set against MDF that I didn't listen. This plywood is such low quality junk that I would have been better off with laminated MDF. I should have purchased a furniture grade table saw and built my own. These RTA cabinets are such garbage they just are not worth using; they're worse than doing nothing.

Went very well. Their prices are so much lower than going to Lowe's. I saved 50% and the construction quality is higher than those at Lowe's because all sides of their kitchen cabinets are 1/2 inch plywood. Very well built. I have ordered from RTA sites before and some of the cabinets can be a real bear to put together, but these cabinets had the Camlock system, which made assembly much easier.

Great people to work with, They have an answering service but, they were extremely prompt in getting back to me and were able to add an item to my order that I forgot.

I guess I could have sent everything back, but I elected to assemble and install. They look okay now that they are in, but are not high quality.

They were very helpful in answering any questions and helping us prior to receiving our cabinets and during the ordering process. It does say on their website that they stongly recommend that you order a sample of the cabinet so that you know what you are getting. My husband and I ordered several cabinet samples from the company while we were planning our new kitchen. But, be advised that the samples DO NOT represent the actual product. Once we received our cabinets the stain color was lighter than the sample and we were very disappointed. We contacted the company and basically their only response was that stain takes differently to wood and there will be variation. I have used stain enough to know that this was not the case. They did nothing for us and now we are stuck with cabinets that we do not like and would never have picked out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They were delivered on time and look great, but some of the euro drawer slides are very stiff

During the fabrication process, we received email updates on the drawers' progress and were shown photos of people working on them, too. The drawers are high quality as well.

They had a good selection of items, and the items arrived in good shape.

They did a very nice job, and everything turned out beautifully. I am definitely impressed with their work.

Everything went well. They delivered the television a few days late, but they provided a 15-dollar credit as compensation.

The overall quality was good, but I had a bit of a problem with the design service. When they submitted the plans, I had to call them back and have corrections made.
