Description of Work: Ordered ready-to-assemble cabinets from them. They were beautifully done and very well-made. The cabinets did not come with assembly instructions though and it took my husband a while to figure out how to put them together. Other than that, the experience went well. I even called them to replace a part they had sent that was in the wrong stain/wood. There was no problem and they sent it right out.

Description of Work: The RTA Store generated and delivered Ready to Assemble kitchen cabinets. The cabinets were made far better than a box store at a lower price. They have been installed for two years and my respect for The RTA Store has increased as the cabinets prove better than I originally thought.

Description of Work: I purchased ready to assemble kitchen cabinets from them. Unlike the stock cabinets usually found in the big bx stores, these cabinets are made of solid wood and not mdf. They assembled well and came with sturdy hardware. They have a professional stained maple finish an we are very pleased with them. The price was very reasonable and they were very responsive with a few minor shipping issues that arose. I recommend them.

Description of Work: They did a good job helping me with my kitchen remodel. They created a simulation of the kitchen, after install started we realized we need to change a few cabints, they did a good job working with us on those changes; and also sent replacement parts for a missing door, and one with a crack.

Description of Work: They designed my kitchen and I bought the cabinets from them. There were some design concerns but they worked with me to straighten it out. The designer stayed with me for a year. This was a good relationship. | Good quality real wooden cabinets.

Description of Work: I found a lamp that I liked online. I ordered it, they shipped it, I liked it. Everything worked as I expected. No problems, no hassles, fair price. I'm not going to jump for joy for a good purchase; I had no complaints, I liked their product.

Description of Work: Ordered unassembled kitchen cabinets.. the quality was very good, they arrived on time, and in great shape. We had a couple of things to return, and even that transaction was handled very professionally. Thank you!
