They were great, were able to get us in right away and finish the job on time. Very prompt and friendly, left no mess behind.

The project went great, very smooth. Alberto was very responsive, got back to me quicker than anyone else I contacted. He came to check out the house and discuss details and paint color. He sent me a quote by text (which was by far the most reasonable out of everyone I talked to). He came back a second time to paint some samples on the wall. The third time he returned to start the project! I was not there most of the time Alberto and his crew were, and they were very respectful of the house. For the most part the work they did was spotless and when the job was done everything was generally put back where it was before. Alberto kept on contact with me the entire time, just over a week, to let me know the progress and when he was done. I will definitely use him again in the future!

We were extremely pleased with the job in every way. Alberto and his crew were meticulous in preparing the surfaces, painting them, and cleaning up afterwards. We ourselves had to do very little preparation?just the removal of art-work and mirrors from the walls. All furniture and rugs were carefully moved by the crew, protected during the painting, and returned to their original location afterwards. The painting itself was done efficiently and accurately; it looks beautiful. It included painting a high ceiling in the open living area, which required working on a tall ladder. After every day's work, the house was left clean and tidy. Alberto explained what he was doing at each step of the way and kept to the timetable which he had promised. He and his crew were always courteous, friendly, and pleasant to be around. Alberto himself went above and beyond in a few instances, for example by painting two large shelves that weren't part of the contract and by installing a new wall fastener for a heavy mirror. We would certainly use New Sunrise again and give them our highest possible recommendation.

Always on time, very professional and polite. This project was completed at my mom's home in Poughquag. She was very pleased with the work completed and the manner in which it was done. All work was completed as agreed. Workers were unfailingly polite and cleaned up extremely carefully. I highly recommend this company!

Excellent Job. Alberto was very punctual. His crew was professional. The work they did was outstanding. Cut ins were flawlwess. They focused on the kitchen first so as nt to interrupt our daily living. They cleaned up throughout the day and at the end of each day. IT was a pleasure having them in our home.

It went very well, Alberto was easy to contact, was always responsive and maintained good communication with me. Alberto and those in his employ were a pleasure to work with. They were professional, thoughtful and always respectful of working in my home. The entire job took three days and they did a beautiful job. Service was excellent from beginning to end. I was contacted by telephone to set up a meeting, determine day(s) of service, and calls were also made before he arrived. The two people who painted were respectful of my home and were always professional. They took care when covering and moving my furniture and cabinets. Everything was cleaned up before they left, and they worked quietly. I have hired painters in the past that blasted music and did not speak professionally to one another. This was a pleasant experience all around. I would definitely hire them again.

Alberto was extremely responsive and professional. He came when he said he would, gave me an accurate quote up front, and did a great job. For instance, he (and his crew) repaired some terrible holes in the walls. Their method for fixing nail pops was to remove the nails, screw the drywall into the studs, repair all holes, and THEN paint. There were a couple of spots toward the end of the job where the quality was less than perfect, but Alberto stayed until the job was done, fixing the few things that needed fixing. Overall, the crew was extremely friendly. I liked the paint quality they used (Benjamin Moore, including the special "kitchen and bath" grade paints). They left the cans clearly labeled (by room) for touch-ups. I didn't always love how the crew left my house - bathroom rugs thrown on my bed, stray nails on the floor, etc. They also drank some beer out of my fridge. But it's a painting crew, not a butler service, so they're just minor points and I didn't care all that much (I stocked the fridge for them when I realized - it was a hot string of days and I would have wanted a cold one, too). If that kind of thing makes you nuts, though, you might want to state your expectations up front. The job, to me, was very expensive. However, you get what you pay for - to me, this job was worth it overall. I have a feeling that if I found something else I wasn't happy with, he'd come fix it. The lines were clean, there were no brush strokes, the ceilings and trim look fantastic. It looks like a new house. He threw in some details I didn't ask for explicitly. I plan on coming to him when I need the exterior painted - I'll just save my pennies first.

We needed a painting company that could paint the walls in the common living areas in our raised ranch home, PLUS repair a crack in the ceiling AND paint the ceiling, adding texture to the repair so it blended nicely with the texture on the rest of the ceiling. Alberto came in and did a quick assessment and gave us a very competitive price. So we hired him. We are very impressed with Alberto and highly recommend them. The ceiling repair blends beautifully and the paint job on walls and ceiling is gorgeous. Alberto and his team are efficient, tidy and punctual and we do recommend them. We will definitely hire them again!

I have only praise for Alberto and his team. I was under a time constraint to get the job done. The team worked diligently to see that it was completed as promised and meticulously painted. The house had many settlement cracks. Manny was dedicated to that work at the start of the job. Now, the ceilings and walls are perfect! The newly stained staircase looks great. Everyone was polite and professional. Cleanup was done at the end of each day. If I asked to have something changed or done, they were all very helpful. I have a foyer and and stairway where the ceilings are dark stained wood and very high. Alberto arrived on time and meticulously prepped the area. He cut in where the wall met the ceilings, taking great care. His work was very neat and his clean up afterwards was on the spot. His price was very reasonable and he was not pushy on the day of the estimate. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend his work to others. Great Job!!!

The job went very well and we are pleased with the results. Mind you, this was a fairly large job that we wanted completed before Christmas. Alberto arrived on time, and as planned, completed the job on schedule. They covered all our furniture, were careful with pictures, paintings, etc., and cleaned up at the end of every day.Alberto was on the job 90% of the time. He returned to my home the next day to make sure everything went well and to make sure we were satisfied. We have him lined up for some more work after the holidays.

They did excellent prep- sanding and caulking, and careful, even paint work. They worked carefully and quickly and obviously take pride in their work. It was done on time even though we liked their work so much we ended up adding in a few more rooms to be done. The whole crew was a pleasure to work with.

OUR HOME NEED FRESH COAT OF PAINT FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. THE OWNER ALBERTO WAS THE BEST. HIS PRICE QUOTE WAS FAIR AND SEEM REASONABLE DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF PAINTING AND TIME IT WAS GOING TO TAKE TO GET THE WORK DONE. HE KEPT US ADVISED EACH STEP OF THE WAY AND WALKED US AROUND AS HE WAS MAKING PROGRESS SHOWING US WHAT HAD BEEN DONE AND WHAT WAS BEING DONE. HE WAS ALSO ABLE TO MAKE SOME REPAIRS ALONG THE WAY FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. HIS STAFF WAS FRIENDLY NEAT AND CLEAN AND THERE WAS NO MESS AFTER IT WAS SAID AND DONE. I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN WITH OUT A SECOND THOUGHT.

Had hardwood floors installed in bedroom. While the room was empty, we decided to have it painted. I had called several painting contractors (some through word of mouth, some from Angie's List) Alberto from New Sunrise Painting was the only one that returned my call. He came out that same day to give me an estimate, which was very reasonable. On the scheduled day of work, they arrived on time and got right to work. They covered the entire floor, in the room and the closets. They went above and beyond in prepping the walls, sanding, taping, and fixing any imperfection they found. Technically they were there for 2 days, but on the second day they were finished within an hour. When they were done, the room was swept clean, and no paint on the floors. I was very pleased with their work and will definitely have them back as we will be painting the rest of the house. It should be noted that they also clean/shampoo roofs. Two of my neighbors had them clean their roofs right after they finished my job. I have to say I was amazed at the reults.

It was a pleasure working with Alberto and his team. They were prompt,courteous, neat and were very considerate of our ability to live in our house during their work. This was a big job ... approximately 3,000 square feet including a 2 story great room and foyer, kitchen, living room, dining room, office, 2 stair cases, 2 hallways and a powder room. Alberto did a great job dividing up the work so that we could see progressive results and still live in our house comfortably. He also communicated what they planned to accomplish each day filled me in on what happened at the end of the day. They did a beautiful job, and were patient and helpful with a few areas where I needed to make some color choices. They pointed out and addressed areas that needed spackle and/or caulking. Furniture was moved and covered as they moved from room to room, and they cleaned up nicely at the end of each day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

It went wonderfully. They were on time, courteous and true to their word. They worked around us so that we didn't miss a phone call or inconvenience our customers at all. The quality of work was top notch and they even ended up billing us slightly less then they quoted. Once they finished you never would have known they were there other then the beautiful walls because they cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for home or office. Big or small. I am completely satisfied.

Working with Alberto and his company was a very pleasant experience. Under unforeseen circumstances I needed to get the painting completed two weeks sooner than originally anticipated so Alberto came in to start prepping in the evenings and worked the weekend to complete the job. They did an an excellent job; in addition to the walls and ceilings there was allot of detail painting needed with all the new crown molding, trim and stairs. They were very clean making sure everything was covered, and vacuuming the dust from sanding joint compound. They did a very professional job! I am extremely happy with the results and I have received several compliments on their work. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and I would use them on any future projects.
