Description of Work: So far we have only gotten an estimate, but we plan to have the work done by New York Basement Technologies. Very knowledgeable, professional, provided a lot of written information and addressed all my concerns. They seem very competent and accomplished in basements. The problem here is water seeping into an unfinished old basement (and holes in the foundation). The solution provided was to dig a trench along the affected wall and put a sump pump draining outside, away from the house, in the floor (as a drain). (also they may fill in the foundation holes with foam insulation). I did not feel pressured or that I was being recommended unnecessary work.
