it was delayed and through him off schedule because of building permit snafu, but once it go going it was fine. We had only one bathroom in that house, and he accommodated our use of the toilet through the whole process.

Manny has worked on a variety of projects to prepare a 100+ year old house for sale. His work is efficient, professional and very fairly priced. He responds to phone calls, texts and e-mails promptly and courteously. He came out right away when a tree came down in a storm to meet with the insurance adjuster. His quality of work and work ethic are excellent.

All the work was done neatly and in a timely manner. The workers cleaned up on a daily basis and never left a mess in our house. They did an excellent job replacing and repairing drywall where the wall was removed. They also painted the space prior to hanging the new cabinets. We even had plumbing moved, and lights and outlets added. The contractor coordinated the electrician and plumber along the way, and all the work was done in a timely manner. He always asked for our opinion when hanging lights above the breakfast bar, marking out electrical outlets and laying out the tile design. The floor tile and backsplash came out great. All of the tile lines up nicely and the grout lines are even.The trim work around the windows, and doorways came out perfect, as well as the crown molding on the tops of the cabinets. The workers were very professional and always showed up when they said they would, and even stayed late some days to finish different aspects of the job. The whole process took about 4 weeks, which was the timeframe we were given when he started the job. We liked the contractor so much we had him back to replace all the bedroom, closet, and bathroom doors in our house. After that we hired him to put in pull down stairs for access to the attic. We would definitely recommend MGB Carpentry. Their work is of high quality.

Mr Bougades and associates were all very professional in all of their dealings from estimates to conclusions. The estimates were very fair and all of the work was done in a professional and timely fashion. The little extras made the entire experience extreamly pleasant. Such as: 1) Removeing and cleaning the bathroom ceiling fan. 2) Vacuuming as the went 3) Removal of all waste on a daily basis. 4) Etc

On time, and totally on the initial estimate.
