Set up an 1:00 appointment for him to come out and give an estimate. He never showed up. He called at 4:00 to apologize. I figured I'd give him a second chance. Set up a Saturday appointment for 10:00. He didn't show till 10:30. We went through what I wanted done, and he said he'd email me an estimate. It is now over a week later, and I have not received an estimate.

Franklin was professional and courteous. He came out the same day to view the property for an estimate and followed up quickly the next day with the estimate details. Once the terms were negotiated, he completed the work as promised within the same week. There were a few details that needed following up on, which he completed the next day. I was very satisfied with the quality of the service and would use this company again in a heartbeat.

Excellent experience with this contractor. Price was good. They started the job when scheduled. The job was completed in 3 weeks due to inclement weather. Franklin checked in on the workers from time to time. I asked them to change one flagstone because of the color after it was placed and cemented with the cement still wet. They did replace the stone. No problem. I wish all contractors were as pleasant, courteous and helpful as Franklin
