Description of Work: Bill Hughes came out to inspect a home we were considering buying, on some acreage, with out buildings. He was willing to travel outside of his county (over an hour's drive), and he was available very quickly. His inspection was incredibly thorough, leaving my husband (a Ph.D. Engineer) very impressed. He inspected the buildings, the septic system, the well water, and many other aspects of the property, taking over six hours for the entire job. His report came very promptly, via e-mail, and also included a beautifully printed report a few days later. We consider his services invaluable, as he was able to reveal issues with the property that convinced us not to buy it. We were so impressed with Bill Hughes, that we plan to use him in the next few days on another house we are considering buying. His services are worth every penny!
