Description of Work: I used Cotter's to redo a headboard on a French antique headboard. He had no problem letting me use a nice remnant. It was a rush job, which he completed in a timely manner. He also re-backed a custom piano bench cushion with a high end velvet stripe, while preserving an aging but excellent petit point top. He gave me exactly what I wanted without argument, although he cautioned me that the petit point was in a delicate condition, (it was 50 years old and sat upon regularly during that time!)
