The folks are very professional, showed up when they said they were going to be here did the work to my satisfaction and above.

It was during this heat wave and out central air decided to die. I didn't think we'd ever find someone available in this weather let alone on a Friday. I called and he said he was on a job but would try to fit us in after he was done. Frank showed up a few hours later and went right to work. He had it fixed within two hours and the bill was not as high as I expected.

Frank is the best!! He is very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and fair. He showed up on time and ready to work. He made sure to take the time to explain exactly what he was going to do get our AC back in working order and ready for the summer. As soon as I hear someone say they are looking for an HVAC, I am quick to send them over to All Bases Covered.

We switched from ComfortMaster, a big (and expensive!) HVAC company, to All Bases Covered, almost 2 years ago and we couldn't be happier. Frank is talented, professional, honest, respectful, and also just an all-around great guy! He answers phone calls promptly and shows up on time (some guys don't even show up!;) He explains what the problem is in everyday layman's talk and does not talk down to you. If you are in a real bind (as we have been several times with our A/C out in 90+ degree temps), he will do whatever he can in his earthly power to get to you asap. His service is professional and effective - Frank's fixes WORK, and his work is top-notch. I just cannot say enough good things about All Bases and would highly recommend this company to anyone.
