I've worked with Tom for the past 8 years or so. He has always been punctual, professional and thorough. Thanks to Tom we do not worry about carpenter ants. We live in the woods, and need to pay attention to this. If we ever see ants he comes right out to check on it. These emergency visits and the two scheduled visit are included in his price. Some may consider this a steep price for treating ants. With Tom we reckon this as service value and peace of mind. He has never let us down. I'll be calling him again next Spring. We have also had Tom out to spray a hornet nest last summer; again, punctual and professional.
Description of Work: Tom sprayed our house and garage, checked inside and outside, and put down exterior granules to prevent Carpenter Ants. Tom will come back for a follow-up visit in July

When bees started to get into the house he came here immediately. He always brought his own equipment to use and addressed the problem immediately.

Description of Work: Extremely over priced, just a verbal agreement. Would not remove dead rodents unless I pay another $150!! Supposedly guaranteed for a year but no contract. Go some place else. Used poison in the basement

Ladies and Gents I never did work for this woman I did the work for her mother in Hoosick Falls. At the time of treatment it was a rat infestation,the $150.00 dollar price included removing dead rats in traps also refreshing and replenishing poison eaten by the rats. At that time her mother said her son in-law would remove dead rats and she asked me if 1 treatment would eliminate the infestation and my reply was absolutely therefore not deeming it necessary for me to return. Her mother was very sweet and appeared quite pleased to have the rats gone. But folks I am quite sure (member name removed)'s husband was not happy to go in the basement there was a sewage problem I had to wear rubber boots the basement was 6 inches in sewage and I also had a respirator on.This is where this women's anger comes from I never did work for her.

Originally, we had a very bad bee problem and he came out with the white suit and got rid of them perfectly. We were so happy with his work we decided to continue to use his services with a yearly contract. Since then we have had no problems with any insects at all. He is very punctual, very professional, and very mindful of our property when he sprays.
Description of Work: This contractor comes out to our 2200 square foot home. He sprays both inside and outside once a month, five months out of the year as part of a yearly service contract. He sprays for all general bugs in the area such as spiders, roaches, and ants.
