We had Caccamise moving company move us onto a condo on Oct 25, 2022. The arrangements talking to Ashley in the office was easy and she was able to manage getting the time slot we preferred. We had a two-man team- Neil and Zach. Both were very careful with our belongings, and were efficient with their time. We had a challenging move, into a new condo with elevator, long halls with three turns which made moving our heavy furniture more difficult than most moves. Neil and Zach were respectful, and kept their good humor during our challenging move. We highly recommend Caccamise Moving, especially if this is representation of their entire work force. The movers were punctual and professional, as I knew they would be (I’ve used them to move my own personal piano in the past). They are not the cheapest piano movers in town, but if you want it done right, call Caccamise.

I first hired a tuner to check the piano out. He said that it was in good shape. I let him know I was considering this company and he said good things about it. I first called for a quote on April 11, 2018. They said their base price was $250, first floor to first floor. I explained that the piano was in a walk-out basement and going to the first floor of my home. I was told they would get back to me. I called again on April 17, 2018 and the company asked for my co-worker's address to check out the property. I called again on April 30, 2018 and left a message, they called me back the next day stating the cost would be $450 because they needed three men for the job. I called on May 2, 2018 to give a list of dates that my co-worker and I were available, none of which worked for the company. The company took my co-worker's name and number to call her for additional availability. I did not hear back from the company until I called them again on May 14, 2018 in the morning and left a message. I received a text from my co-worker stating that the company had called her and she was pretty wide open. I never received a call from the company to arrange with me. I called again on May 14, 2018 in the afternoon and was told "Oh, I was waiting for Lisa (my co-worker) to get back to me, I thought she was going to text you." Despite my co-worker's flexibility and me giving 4 available times this week, the company could not schedule the move. I am terribly disappointed in the lack of professionalism of this company. I should not have to repeatedly contact a company, asking for quotes, trying to schedule a job, be told "it's all because of that third man we need" or "no one got back to you yet?". When I stated that it didn't seem that things would work with this company and I would be moving on, the blame was put on me by the company for my lack of flexibility! To add insult to injury, my co-worker told me that the company said they tried to call me, but couldn't get a hold of me. This is an outright lie! I went through every call I made or was received on my phone since my initial contact with this company. I can account for each call and the conversation had with the company. There are no missed calls from them, nor any voicemails. I have never been treated so callously, the woman I continuously dealt with on the phone needs some serious customer relations training!

They were professional and respectful of me, my belongings, the house I was moving out of and the house I was moving into. There was no damage to anything. They were punctual and knew what they were doing and did it quickly. This was a big move done in two parts. The majority of furniture and household goods were moved in one day and two weeks later heavy specialty items were moved separately. I requested that the move be done this way to give me time to see if I wanted to take everything as I was downsizing. Even done this way the cost was very reasonable. The office staff was very courteous and prompt to get back to me with answers to my questions. Even when I had to reschedule the move because of a small fire at the new location they were accommodating and very pleasant. I was very satisfied with my experience.

There was a gliche in timing with the job before mine which couldn't be helped but the move started at 4:15pm and ended at 1:30 am. Several small items were broken which is understandable but when I discovered my couch broken I was upset. No compensation was offered Also, "some" items were left behind which took an SUV, a truck and a car to transport to my home the next day. The movers however were polite, hard workers.

Movers were on-time, responsive to my needs, courteous.

Great! The movers arrived at the time they said and it went very smooth. The three movers were all polite and took great care with the move. The office staff was also very pleasant and helpful. Very happy!

They were wonderful. I never had any concerns about the safety of the men or my piano, even going down the flight of stairs. It was extremely clear that they do this all the time and there is a reason they do it! Super professional and very reasonable price. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

It went terrific! Blake, Cy, Tom and Joe were fantastic. They were efficient, capable, pleasant and easy to work with. Margaret checked in with us on a regular basis prior to our move to confirm details. We will definitely use them again when we move into our new home.

Very professional team. I spoke to them in December to get a quote for moving my mother in law, which will take place later this month.

They provided a cost on the phone and arrived (both times) when they said they would. They were friendly, yet professional. Moved the piano without incident.

Initial contact to receive estimate was friendly and courteous. The call with the estimate, was the same day as the initial contact and during the time frame given to be expecting the call. I was impressed because I had called a number of moving companies and had not heard back. The day before the move, I received a call to make sure everything was in order. The day of the move went very smooth. The moving men were very customer service oriented. They never stopped moving until the job was done. Everything was moved without a nick or scratch. I could not be more pleased.

A friend of ours who recently moved recommended Caccimise. They arrived a few minutes early and rang the doorbell right on schedule. They did an excellent job moving our furniture without a scratch. They also moved several very large planters and placed them on our decks in the new house as well as large pieces of garden furniture. Blake, Rod, and Joe were all very polite and helpful. Their price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for moving services.
