 + 0 moreThe timeline to complete the project was stretched due to a vendor error regarding the glass shower walls. Steve pushed hard to make things happen as quickly as possible and always kept me in the loop. He was also able to get a $200 discount from the vendor for our inconvenience. Steve's price for doing the project was in the mid-range of the three quotes obtained.
Description of Work: Our 42-year old home needed an updated master bath. After gutting the room to the studs, a new neo-angle shower with cultured marble walls was installed, as well as a tile floor, vanity, lighting/fan. While I had done some research re materials, Steve was a wealth of information/suggestions. He connected me with a vendor who supplied us with a very reasonably priced solid wood vanity which was reduced in depth to fit a tight spot. We are very pleased with Steve's recommendation of a VERY quiet ceiling fan/light fixture. And when it came to the minor tweaking always required, Steve was quick to respond. He and his crew are prepared to do whatever is required to make the customer happy, and this customer couldn't be happier!

 + 1 moreWe were greatly relieved that the dishwasher swap did not result in damaged hardwood floors! That project was a testament to their patience, for sure. And the new stone backsplash is gorgeous...far more attractive than the original Formica.
Description of Work: There were two kitchen projects involved. The first was to remove an old dishwasher and install a replacement. The opening for the dishwasher was very tight because new 3/4" hardwood floors had been installed in front of the old dishwasher, reducing the size of the opening. It was VERY tight, but the job was done without damaging the floors. The second project involved installing a stone backsplash over the top of the original, damaged Formica backsplash. There was a lot of tile cutting required and the Formica had to be scored in order for the adhesive to be effective.
