+ -1 moreWorkers arrived on time, had nearly everything they needed and let no grass grow under their feet as they worked. They were pleasant and easy to work with. Explained what they were doing as necessary. I would have appreciated knowing in advance how much the appraisal visit was going to cost but you do what you gotta do.
Description of Work: Corrected shoddy geothermal installation by Gleasons Heating and AC. Gleasons had cut corners on materials and left a situation where all the heat exchange medium could have flooded my basement and done a half assed job of installing the de-super heating exchange that allows for the system to dump some of the excess heat into the hot water tank in the AC season.

Description of Work: Installed whole house geothermal heat exchange heating and cooling system. Hydron module-based ystem operates with no problems and maintained stable and comfortable temperatures in 3000 sf house through both extremely cold and very hot conditions. Estimate greater than 50% saving in heating and cooling costs over conventional heating/cooling system.

+ -1 moreThe system is based on a Hydron Module providing forced air heating and cooling as well as a hot water pre-heater. The owner (Jesse Cooks) personally looked after all details of the system installation and activation. The company did an outstanding job at a very competitive price and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in installing this "green -energy" technology in their home.
Description of Work: Geotherm HVAC did a complete installation of a ground-coupled heat exchange system for our ~3,000 sf house.
