I needed someone to properly distribute and grade-in 40+ yards of screened topsoil on my residential property. I contacted Paul Dulieu from a strong recommendation by a local heavy equipment dealer that I trust. After explaining what I needed to have done, Paul impressed me with his familiarity with exactly what I needed to have done on my property to restore it after having nearly 30 ash trees recently removed. He promptly stopped by the property and reviewed what I had described and provided me with a very competitive quote and imminent date to complete the work. He explained the equipment he was bringing in and did a full walk of the property to ensure he had the needed access to all of the areas that needed topsoil and proper grading. In the subsequent days Paul communicated closely with me as I had to work with a local topsoil supplier to set up a 40 yard delivery the same day Paul recommended the job be done (to avoid heavy incoming rain). The day of the scheduled work Paul arrived and was ready to start by 8:00 am just after the topsoil was delivered by Syracusa Sand & Gravel. Paul was absolutely a master of his Bobcat T550 and completed the distribution and proper blending/grading of all of the topsoil by 4pm that day. By the time Paul was done, my property looked far better overall than I ever could have imagined. His attention to detail and his skill with that Bobcat exceeded my expectations for the needed work. Great communication, meeting all commitments he made, great pricing, EXCELLENT quality of work done and being overall easy to work with has earned Paul a 5-Star feedback rating. I will not hesitate to work with Paul Dulieu / CUTABOVE in the future.

Paul did a thorough consultation with us prior to construction reviewing our options for cost and design. His expertise help us in making selections to complement existing architecture. Much care was needed to work around existing landscaping while constructing the stone wall. He demonstrated great care minimizing impact on the entire area. The project was completed in a reasonable time and to our satisfaction. The wall has maintained it's integrity nearly one year after installation.

Paul was exceptional to work with. He came up with a very aesthetically pleasing design given my input and provided materials such as a brochure and samples of pavers to enable me to select the color and type of pavers I wanted for the patio. Paul was able to fit me in while awaiting delivery of materials for another project. He was prompt, dependable, and worked throughout the week until the job was completed. He also did a great job restoring my yard following the project and reseeded areas of the lawn that required it. The cost of the project was reasonable and consistent with quotes I received from other contractors.

The blocks and pavers had settled and moved. He raised and leveled everything. This smoothed out the sidewalk and made the step up to the front porch the right height. Everything is safe again. Thank you Paul for a job well done.

Never heard back from this company after requesting a quote

The weather did not cooperate at first but Paul made sure to keep me updated on all delays and once the weather cleared he was there on time every day and did an amazing job. He made sure to clean up every day and didn’t leave it looking like a construction project. I could not be happier with the results and wish I called him first rather than my poor attempt at doing it myself.

I could not be happier with the outcome. unfortunately there was some bad weather that delayed the project but Paul was great and keep me updated every step of the way. He let me know what the plan was once the weather cleared. He was very professional and cleaned up after himself every single night. He gave me a sidewalk I am very happy with.

Great, highly recommend. Paul had put in a paver patio and back steps for me the previous year. I liked it so much that I hired him to do the front sidewalk. He is meticulous and professional. He does great work.

Paul did an amazing job on our front entry. He walked us through his ideas step by step and readily altered his design to accommodate our input. His price was dramatically lower that some other estimates we received on similar work, but the final product is fabulous!!

Called for an estimate. Paul semi listened to what I was asking for. He requested I send pictures of my area I needed fixed and said "I'm in that area pretty often also so I'll swing by & take a look and give you a call." I sent him pics as requested and never heard another word from him. Guess he can't be bothered, thanks though. I found someone who actually listened and returns phone calls!

Paul's prices were very reasonable so we were able to get all our projects done. The quality of the work was really outstanding. The retaining wall and paver walkway are beautiful. We highly recommend Cut Above Landscape.

Design ideas were great and Paul was willing to work with the materials we found and chose. Work was excellent quality and Paul cleaned the site as much as possible each evening and thoroughly at the end of his work.

Paul was a pleasure to work with. We exchanged ideas back and forth and arrived a nice layout of the patio. He is very flexible. Paul pulled up the old patio, leveled it and laid the proper stone and sand foundation. He was able to reuse the pavers from the old patio which saved on cost. He integrated new material into the design seamlessly. He put down new top soil around the edges and grass seeded to complete the job. He did what he said he would do, did it well and did it on time. I would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

Paul was wonderful to work with. He was a good listener and paid attention to what I wanted. He also made good suggestions. Although the work had to be postponed last fall due to delays by a condominium committee, Paul was flexible and the work was done in the spring instead. Everything came out beautiful. The front walkway looks so much better and is very attractive. The stone edging provides a beautiful and more permanent edge that defines the gardens. I'm also very happy with the arrangement of trees and plants in the large island garden. Several neighbors have already commented on how nice everything looks. All of the improvements have made a big difference in the beauty of the property.

It went okay. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I didn't care for the design they did. It was okay but it wasn't really what I was looking for. Overall, it was a good experience.

Paul did a great job! He was flexible in his scheduling with us, was very thorough. You can tell he takes pride is his work as he did even more than we had contracted for in order to make our front walk and back patio / steps look right. Highly recommended!
