COAKLEY DISPOSAL SVC INC

The prices are basically the same as other trash removal. Recycling is supposedly picked up every week although in the 2 plus months we have had them they only picked up twice. Yesterday they didn't even pick up the trash. No one ever answers the phone or returns your call when you tell them you have a problem. Not even sure how they got 3 stars here.

Always good. Once my trash can fell, spilled trash all over..... They picked it up in the middle of the night leaving traces in the trees which is how I knew. They carefully pack my recycle containers. I love them

I called to see if their services were more affordable than my present garbage collection company. I got a machine so I left my contact information. 3 weeks later they returned my phone call. The woman who returned my call was very abrasive on the phone. She seemed very annoyed that she had to talk with me. They charge two dollars less than my present company. But with the delay in the return of my call and the woman's attitude, I couldn't imagine what it would be like if there was a problem. I chose not to use their services.

Coakley is okay for garbage pick-up but they are terrible for recycling pick up. For weeks we have had to call them to come pick up our recycling bins. Our garbage pick up is early in the week and they don't come back to get recycling until the week is almost over and leave it sitting at the end of our driveway all week. We have to call multiple times and never get a person to answer the phone, it is always a machine. They do not call back in a timely manner, sometimes never calling back. They don't seem the least bit concerned that they are not providing good customer service. We are switching providers as soon as we can..
