John is an honest, hardworking & upfront person and the pricing for the job was reasonable. His crew was great; they were punctual, personable, professional and hard-working. + -1 moreJohn Scarpelli came to my house to scope out my Central Air install job. I live in an older Tudor home that makes this job very difficult. John was courteous, punctual and extremely professional throughout. He has been in business a long time and his knowledge shows. After evaluating my house he provided me with a few options on how to cool my house and along with a detailed proposal that was in line with the others i had received. Although i decided to move forward with another vendor John was a true professional. I hope i made the right decision! I would definitely recommend him to others.

+ -1 moreit went perfectly with no hitches/ IF he, himself, didn't do the job, his men did/ everything was clean and neat/ they did not have to return for something that wasn't working properly! he takes care of our system and everything is perfect! very impressive....... he is a rare find!
Description of Work: john scarpelli did the original HVAC in my home from 2007 to the present/ we have been upgrading as the old system wore down and we needed new components/ he is extremely competent, priced fairly, thorough/ his work is clean and works! his response time is excellent/ if you have a problem, he answers the call immediately/ i have recommended him to at least 4 other people and each one has had the same experience/ i recommend him highly/ also he is a real gentleman, honest and true, does what he says he is going to, comes on time and is extremely dependable
