MARRAN SECURITY

Last year unfortunately we had to replace both Burner & Boiler. We used Burner King (which I will never use or refer ever). Every 6-7 months it would stop working & except for 1 technician there, the others kept on telling me I need a new tank, which I found out was not the problem at all. All they needed to do, was install a tiger loop & the problem would stop. I picked up the part in December (the last time it shut down), but never installed it because why fix something that’s working fine? Well this week, it stopped working again, I went threw the web & found Marran. I called & spoke to a Maria, who was so nice & helpful. Next morning, the technician Garrett, came & went thru the whole unit, installed the tiger loop for me & also found out the fuel pump seized ( unbelievable on a brand new unit that’s only 16 months old). He also did a test on the tank & no water was in it? I’m so happy with Marran that they just gained a new customer! Did I mention that Burner king tried to charge me $366.00 for showing up in December to get it started while it was still under warranty? Thank you Maria, Garrett & Marran oil! Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had with an oil company!!!!

They matched the price of a company we got another bid from. We appreciated that they worked with us on the price. They have always been very responsive.

I have a two year agreement with them. They do automatic delivery. My experience with them has been fine.

I am what I would call satisfied. This company takes care of us for reasonable prices. I am happy to report I have no complaints about them at all. I pay my bills monthly and I get good services.

WE WERE HAVING TROUBLE WITH OUR PANEL LOCKING UP AND NOT EXCEPTING THE CODES. WE CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT RIGHT AWAY. I FEEL SAFE AND SECURE WITH THEIR SERVICE.
