Description of Work: They came for a chimney sweep, we had visible issues with the top of the chimney and they fixed it then and there.

Description of Work: They were a little pricey, but over all they did a great job.

Description of Work: They stood me up on the first scheduled date. When I called, they rescheduled for a week later. They then pushed it back another week. The third date they came, but arrived late. Service was just OK. They Cleared a small pile of debris from bottom of chimney, looked up chimney using mirror on a stick, and down chimney from the roof, to ascertain there was no blockage.

Description of Work: Put new metal inserts in both the fireplace and furnace Chimneys. Repaired bricks and sealed bricks. Cleaned fireplace and chimney.

Description of Work: Company showed up very promptly for scheduled cleaning. First thing cleaners did went up to the roof to look at the chimney and within 5 min, I was given an estimate of $1500, then discounted the amount and was told normally chimneys with gas appliances don't need to be cleaned, run very clean and guy asked me if I still want to clean my chimney. I told him that service's paid and go ahead and clean it. I also asked the guy while he's still up there, to take pictures of my chimney so I can see inside and If I need to submit some kind of damage estimate to my insurance. Cleaner said he'll send it right away, I still didn't get any after a week. Rep from the company also called me for follow up, if I made up my mind about additional services, explained the lady and she said she'll make sure to send the pictures to me, still waiting. Most service companies see consumers as opportunity to make money, real honesty is not part of any business anymore. Based on A being the best, I rate this company D because, not F because they were on time.

Description of Work: They resurfaced the top of our chimney. They were very quick and efficient and they came out right away.

Description of Work: This was a routine chimney cleaning and inspection. I knew my trap was broken and they were able to install a new one the same day. I will continue to use this service -- very courteous, clean and efficient.

Description of Work: I won't use them again. The caliber, credibility or integrity that I expect from people, especially those listed with Angie's List, was not evident from that company.
