Description of Work: They had a promo for stoop/brick -work repair for a very low price .When they came to the house they told us it would cost $2200 ..Theres some loose bricks on a couple of row of the stoops and this fellow is basically telling us that they usually do chimney brick work but that they will replace the whole stoops for roughly $2200 when some bricks were loose!

Description of Work: The brick chimney was damaged due to weathering. The only access to the roof was by ladder. They carried tools, scaffolding, new bricks and mortar up the ladder. They set up the scaffolding on the roof and removed and carted off the damaged bricks. They put up the new bricks, enlarged the pipe that vented from the furnace, closed off the vent that wasn't being used, and installed a cap on top of the chimney. They were able to complete the work in one day ahead of the estimated 2 days.

Description of Work: We had certified chimney service come and sweep out our chimney and clean our dryer vent. They did come on time and the price was fair. I will not be using them again and I do NOT recommend them. There quality of work was poor. They forgot to reconnect my burner chimney pipe. That's a huge mistake since carbon dioxide could of entered my home! Luckily I noticed it right away and they did come back to fix the problem. They also tried to reuse the old duck tape when they cleaned my dryer vent . We decided to fix that issue ourself since we had no trust in them. I did call the company to complain and she was full of excuses. Be aware

Hello [Member Name Removed], Yes our men went to your home and cleaned your dryer vent and chimney for a fair price. When you called our office and said the lint pipe for your dryer came loose our men automatically went back and re-attached the pipe. Our men did recommend to you earlier to change your dryer vent pipe, because it's old and falling apart. I apologiize if you feel that you were mistreated,but as you explained you replaced or corrected issue with your dryer vent pipe, which has nothing to do with us. We went there for a service and we completed it. Given a poor rating was unnecessary and shows your character.

Description of Work: It went wonderfully. They were very professional and so CLEAN! How they clean a chimney and vacuum out a fireplace without getting one drop of dust on anything is a mystery to me. Also, they told me of some things that were going on on my roof, cracks and things. They took pictures of the problem and sent them to me so I could explain it to my land lord. Wonderful people.
