Robert Steckler and TreeFellersInc. Is an exceptional service provider. He was in my neighborhood this fall working across the street from my home and I introduced myself. Although he was working on a job, he took the time to listen to my tree need and scheduled an appointment on the spot. Once on my property he listened again, confirmed his company could do the work and pointed out some things I did not realize I needed done. At the end of that day, I received a reasonable quote detailing everything we discussed. When Robert arrived for the first of two days, his no-nonsense approach to the work was impressive. I was informed at each step of what needed to be done and how he would go about completing the work. My satisfaction with the finished job continues. I recommend TreeFellersInc to everyone interested in tree service without surprises.

Great communication. Work was done professionally by owner and in the rain so I didn’t have to wait for another day to have the work done. A dead tree was cut down same day and estimate was given right away so 2 projects done on same day. Area was cleaned nicely and price was reasonable. Would definitely hire again. I had an excellent experience with Tree Fellers and would highly recommend them! Robert completed the job on the preplanned dates for the agreed price and his communication during the job kept me up to date on his progress. He took great care to protect the surrounding trees and landscaping and left the area cleaner than before he started. I could not have asked for better service.

Robert Steckler and his team were a pleasure to have on our estate to remove trees that were damaged or uprooted by the recent tornado. Many of the 140 trees that were damaged or uprooted were over 3 feet in diameter and included black walnut, cherry, and spruce trees. Robert and his team are good, hard workers who know what needs to be done, but also listen to specific requests, e.g. selecting interesting pieces of wood for making a table. Safety is a primary concern so that Robert used a cherry picker truck to trim high branches on a black walnut tree and to remove a "widow maker" from an old "ice-house". I will continue using Robert's services -- when I return from California to New York -- until the job is done.
