Description of Work: They tore my wood floor while removing the PTAC unit, after not bothering to lay any protective covering down, and have yet to resolve this. Their operations manager is completely incompetent.

Description of Work: First Choice Mechanical is an unbelievably unprofessional and rude company. There is a rude person who answers the phone, the operations manager is completely incompetent and the president Jimmy does not give two cents about customer service- he does not respond to emails or phone calls. |The two people who showed up to assess our PTAC were ill prepared and asked us for tools. They took a longer time than promised to provide an assessment and quote for service and have dragged an issue on for over four months- it's still not resolved. Because they won't return our calls or emails! We are considering legal action.

I felt they did a poor job. Everything that led up to the job was good; they communicated well and came to do the job; which should have been a one day job. They did not show up on time and did not finish the first day. Then they stopped communicating with me so I had a half-done job for a long time; it was pretty bad. We finally set it up for them to come back and finish the job but they did not show up the entire day we had specified. I had taken the day off work so I would be here for them. Finally, they showed up yesterday and finished the job. They did a poor job and basically I need to fix it myself.
Description of Work: I used First Choice Mechanical to install duct work for my air conditioning.

They were excellent. They were professional, very efficient, fast and hard workers and I would use them again in the future.
