+ -1 moreIt looks fantastic. The whole job has just been excellent. I would highly recommend him he is very reliable, prompt, and professional with his services.
Description of Work: We used him 10 years ago for a previous job but between yesterday and today he has removed a large pane of glass that is 7 ft by 7 ft and all of the rotten wood around it. He installed new drywall, insulation, and new siding that he stained on the outside of the house.

+ -1 moreI have a Bar over 100 years in age and needed the existing wood floor either repaired or replaced. I contacted Tim and within a day he came to look at my situation. We discussed several options and he provided me with cost estimates for each. Although this was a old structure and I wanted to preserve it's floor, Tim suggested a concrete floor as my best option and most cost effective. His knowledge and answers to my questions helped me in making up my mind to go with concrete and to also lower the floor 10 inches overall to allow easier access to the barn. we came to a agreement that I would remove the existing floor which I am reusing for other projects. Tim and his crew were on time and finished the job before our first snowfall. I am very pleased with the results. Tim's professionalism and work ethic were excellent. he was a pleasure to deal with. It was money well spent. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone in need of his services. CarolAnn Miller

+ 0 moreConstruction went very well, Tim was done the following Tuesday (5 days on site). He has all the equipment and is very efficient.
Description of Work: Tim constructed a pole barn for us, size was 28' x 40'. I wanted to do the finish work on the siding (board & batten) and Tim was very agreeable to that. Barn was basically complete (poles/walls/trusses/metal roof) upon his completion. I had a concrete floor installed and Tim subcontracted that, they did a great job also.

Tim Gregoire offers the following services: When I do a project such as an addition I do everything from digging the footers to putting the ridge-cap on the roof.
Experience has taught me that there are somethings that should be sub-contracted out. Larger concrete block jobs(over 300 block), large concrete flat work(over 400 square feet) and full basement excavations are generally sub'd out. New installs for heating/cooling are also handled by a sub-contractor.
