David Nenni

Description of Work: The town installed a water line. We needed to hire a contractor to make the connection to the town water line and install the water line on my property connecting it into my home plumbing. We interviewed David Nenni and were happy with his price. He instructed us to call him when the town gave approval to make the connection. Once we got the approval, David was prompt and completed his work quickly and efficiently. David also uncovered a problem with our septic - which he re-quoted a diagnosis and fix. All in all, we were happy with David's work. David told us he could not finish off the excavation work because the ground was muddy and needed to settle. I asked him if he would come back in the spring and finish up. He said he would. In April, I called David and asked him if he would come over and finish his work. He made an appointment with me to look over the work. I had to hurry home because of another situation and he never showed up. I called and made another appointment with David. Again, I had to cancel another appointment and hurry home to meet him. David never showed up. I am giving him a low rating not because of his initial work, but because he did not finish the job and left me with no option but to hire another contractor to finish.
