+ 0 moreThe whole process was professional from the initial inspection of my old unit to the installation of my new radiant plus gas insert. When I called because I couldn't get my pilot to light, Jason came that day to look at it. It turns out that a contractor working on my floor had turned off the gas. I don't usually leave reviews but the service was exceptional.

Description of Work: Cleaned and adjusted burners on gas stove. Re-set the on/off switch. However we continue to have some problems with this switch and have ever since we purchased the stove. We think it's a manufacturing defect/problem. Overall, very happy with the stove and with Big Ash.

+ 0 moreprompt, friendly, clean, informative and efficient service. Very happy with my purchase and the level of service provided. Ran inot a slight concern with the surround panels. They ended up not charging me the approx. $200 for the panels that were not able to be installed. Panels were shipped to my home free of charge.

We were greeted quickly and within 15 minutes received a ton of valuable information to help us make an informed decision as to how to proceed with our fireplace insert. No pressure whatsoever- just very knowledgeable and friendly sales clerks. I would definitely return and purchase from this company if the need arises.
