They are expensive. It is a difficult basement and we had while we were living out of the country and they did a phenomenal job. Their product is really good. The perimeter system I really working like a charm. We were going to have them cover the basement walls, they had several products and we had priced them out. My husband didn’t like the look of their products, so he wanted to see what a general contractor would do because we had tubs that needed to come down and other things that this company will not do. Their price was okay but I would still have to hire a contractor anyways to do some other work so we did not go with them, but there was so much to do that it made sense to hire a contractor do it all. They are really good and I would highly recommend Wilcox for basement waterproofing. The system they put in is an expensive system but it is worth the money. Their answers to our problems were the best answers. They were extremely professional. It is an expensive system but for my house, which is an older house this was the best option to do. There could be less expensive ways to waterproof your basement but their system works for us. I can’t compare them with anybody else price-wise because they are the only ones that do this system around here. Their system solved the problem and solved it permanently. After having spent $12000 on mold remediation, this system was something I was personally willing to spend money for so that it never happens again.

Yes, it was an expensive improvement, but Wilcox did a fine job and was very good to work with during the entire process. The gentleman who came to the house initially was professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. The work crew was also on time and as tidy as could be given the work being done. Care was taken to protect our belongings from the heavy dust generated. We also received a follow-up visit. Between the work Wilcox did for us and some exterior grading corrections, we never had a wet basement again and were able to finish it off for additional use.

I knew I had a problem brewing because one of my unfinished basement walls - cinder block - was becoming discolored and the paint was flaking off. Wilcox did a superb job and their cleanup was surprisingly thorough. I would highly recommend them to anyone with water issues in their basement.

Seemed very knowlegable about basement waterproofing.

This is not an area they specialize in and while they gave me a quote they indicated they really didn't want to do it. The person who visited was very knowledgeable and I learned quite a bit about the repair which we did go ahead with (but using another contractor).

They were ridiculously overpriced. What they wanted to do was absolutely unbelievable. I tried to hire them to do lesser of a job and they said all or nothing. They wanted to put a swimming pool liner in it. All it needed was a sump system put in it. The house isn't worth $40,000.00 so I'm not doing it.

He was very informative. He was right on time. He suggested certain repairs, but would not guarantee anything unless they had put in a drainage system around, which we already had one. So it was not feasible for us to redo it. He was very nice and gave us a lot of ideas and other suggestions. We could not do the work with him because it was too expensive as far as what we wanted him for. He was really professional. He was very informative and he knew what he was doing. He gave us an estimate anyway for if we ever decided to have the whole basement done. We were very happy with his presentation and what he did; it was just unfortunate we were not able to offer the job to him.

The work was excellent! They showed up right on time and finished the job when they said they would. Cleaned everything up after themselves too. Workmen were friendly and explained everything. Salesman came back when work was done to inspect everything. This company has a patented system; they don't just lay pvc pipes with holes in it. It's more expensive than the other companies we had come, but our basement has been bone-dry ever since! My wife and I are very happy with the results!

They are very timely. They are unbelievably neat and tidy. Their system is working excellently. They were very reasonable compared to everyone else. I would definitely hire them again.
