Kyle came over last November to give me an estimate. He also estimated the replacement of several other, older existing windows. He was very professional and answered all my questions. Having received several other estimates, this company's estimates were very reasonable and their warranties were outstanding. I was also impressed by Kyle's knowledge and his non-aggressive approach. I decided to only have the cellar windows replaced and Kyle informed me that the windows would arrive and be able to be installed sometime mid-January. Three gentlemen came yesterday afternoon as scheduled and installed my new windows and also installed five replacement sashes for windows on prior warrarnty (from others by previous owner) where the seals had broken. I could not be more pleased. The new windows look and function great. The crew that installed all the windows and sashes were excellent - they protected all my adjacent property and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. They even cleaned parts of windows they didn't install; if they had to move something out of their way during an installation, they made sure to place in back exactly where it had been. Overall, an excellent experience.

Workmen were punctual and worked hard to complete the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up all the mess that was made during installation. Afterwards, I couldn't figure out how to remove one of the windows to clean it. I called the office to ask for directions. I was very disappointed when the answer I received was sarcastic and not very helpful. I figured it out on my own. Two years later...the windows began to be very hard to lock and fully close. We also get moisture on the inside of most of the windows. Other brands that we have used since were less expensive and have held up much better.

We feel that the entire experience went well. The consultations, installations and contact with the company was professional and timely.

As I stated..I was disappointed since I was told when I spoke with them that they could quote for both windows and siding and then the quote only covered windows with a no thanks on siding. The date provided is actually an estimate.I didn't keep their quote when I saw they decided to only offer it for part of the job.

I special ordered a cellar window and although there was a problem with whom R A Dudrak dealt with which caused the installation date to be much later than scheduled, dealing with Dudrak themselves was great. Talking with them on the phone was a pleasant experience and when coming to measure and give an estimate the gentleman was very courteous. The price was less than I expected and the installation was outstanding. I was extremely surprised when checking on the work that you couldn't even tell they had been there. I was blown away by this since a week before I had a hot water tank installed and the installers went through my dirty clothes hamper and took what they perceived as a rag! Because of my experience with R A Dudrak Inc I would highly recommend them and plan on doing business with them again in the future.

We did it so that we could get a heating rebate on our energy tax. They are very efficient. They are very good, they are a family owned business and it’s been in this area for a long time and they are very well known. They worked very fast and they cleaned up themselves after they had done, we couldn’t find anything, where they had done. They were very good. It was a good price and good quality.

Dudrak provided an immediate, itemized estimate for the work and scheduled a reasonable installation date with 1/3 of price as down payment. I was not available for the installation, but my neighbor supervised the work and gave a positive report. The final product looks good and seems to perform well. Small misunderstanding on the cost of one of the add-ons cleared up by mail.
