My experience was very professional, caring, calm and friendly. I am deathly afraid of mice and he made me feel relieved from the time he walked in. And even though I was a hot mess with the screaming and making all kinds of noises. He remained very calm and just kept reassuring me he was going to take care of the problem. I kept asking questions and he didn t mind answering. Just an all around people person. If you re going to pay for exterminating service....I m telling you go with precision.

Rich was fantastic. He came to my in-laws home to remove a large hornet's nest on a rainy Sunday and was successful. He made it look so easy and his service was really appreciated given some unusual circumstances. We were so grateful for his timely help in this matter. We would recommend his services without qualification.

I called this company due to a mice problem. Richard came to the house and immediately knew where the mice were coming from. He was very detailed oriented. Very thorough. He was very professional and informative, even gave me tips on how to avoid this problem in the future. He did a follow up visit and we had positive results because the problem was resolved. He cleaned up after himself and was very carful in taking into account my dogs. Very diligent. Would definitely use him again!

Rich was finishing up a job in the area. He called me immediately after I posted my request and asked me additional questions about the matter. He showed up at my home within in 20 minutes of me posting my request. He spent time examining the home and the grounds and treated immediately for a reasonable price. He was thorough and answered all my questions and will be following up on the treatment in a few days. I would definitely call Rich again.

Rich arrived within hours after we first hired him to exterminate hundreds of yellow jackets which had nested in our electrical wiring. He then returned days later for a second treatment (for no additional charge) when some especially resilient yellow jackets found a new entry point into their nest. Now the pests are history. Rich even remained in contact during the interim, checking on the status of the infestation. Highly recommended.

The bees are GONE! (We suddenly had a yellow jacket invasion in our bedroom.) Richie responded immediately. He was polite, professional, friendly, and even returned to our home (without charging additional) when the elusive wasps seemed to find an alternative path into our bedroom. But they're gone now. Not a single yellow jacket. Completely gone. I highly recommend him.
