I dealt directly with Rich. He explained everything he was going to do. I was very impressed with his professionalism; I was told that he would be here between 10 & 11 a.m., at 10:10 a.m. he called to let me know he would be here in 40 minutes and that's exactly when he showed up. Most contractors just keep you waiting.

I was so pleased with the service. The owner is so knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining things to me. He took pictures in the attic so I was able to see the damage. He made me feel safe and I know going forward he will provide me with the best service
