Lou was awesome. He completed the project with professionalism and attention to detail. Susan and I were totally satisfied with this experience. Words cannot accurately describe how appreciative we both are .

Louie did a great job. The kitchen looks awesome. He was always on time and professional. He did exactly what he said he would. The cost of the project matched his estimate. He stuck to the schedule he gave us. I was surprised how quickly he finished the entire project. His electrician and granite guys were also great. He returned all of our phone calls quickly(even on weekends) and was very patient as we made our decisions about different aspects of the project (backsplash tile, floor tile etc...)We would definitely use him again.

Louie of Kitchen and Bath Works is a professional contractor and a great guy to work with. The suggestions, advice and expertise he gave us made our remodeling job that much easier.. Louie was prompt, courteous and diligent. The bathroom that was being remodeled is the only bathroom in the house, so Louie took out the toilet each morning to work and then reinstalled it every evening so it could be utilized overnight if needed. My wife and I appreciated that very much. We chose a 12X24 light color ceramic tile for the shower and a contrasting darker 12X12 ceramic tile for the floor. The shower ceramic tile work went very well up until the point when we discovered that the wrong color ceramic tile was supplied by the tile company supply house. Everyone including my wife and I never noticed that the 12X12 darker tile for the bathroom floor and the 12X24 shower wall tile were the same color. The new ceramic tile shower job was completely finished with the wrong color tile before anyone noticed the problem. Louie offered to do the entire ceramic tile shower over again with the correct color tile. We compromised in regards to this error with the supplier, they gave the 12X24 ceramic tile for the entire shower for free and we were willing to live with the same color bathroom floor tile and shower wall tile. Louie, to his credit, was responsible for the agreed upon mutual compromise. There were a couple of minor additional cosmetic issues I.e. scratched new baseboard heating cover and missing bathroom faucet part, that we're addressed immediately and rectified to our complete satisfaction. After 2 months of using the bathroom, we are 100% happy with the results. We would recommend Louie without hesitation and plan on using KITCHEN AND BATH WORKS in our future home projects.

Louie is the owner of Kitchen and Bath Works. We had used him 15 years ago to do a complete bathroom renovation, which still looks almost like new. We did a complete kitchen renovation, which included ripping out old cabinets and several layers of flooring. He installed a new porcellin floor, new sheetrock behind the cabinets, new high quality custom cabinets, and a tile backspash. He also widened an entrance area into the dining room and was able to preserve the integrity of the dividing wall and the decorative capping. Louie is thorough, detail-oriented and anticipates/discloses any potential issues with you before addressing them. He works very efficiently and does not waste time. He answered every single question that we had (and there were dozens of them!) promptly with sensible and detailed answers. Louis does not do electrical work, but works with an excellent electrician. His price is not the lowest around, but it is fair and reasonable. We also did a partial renovation of our other bathroom, which consisted of replacing an old vanity with a new vanity, sink, faucet, etc., which came out very nice. One thing to be aware of, which he told us up front, was that we had to arrange to remove the old counter to ceiling mirror on our own with another contractor, since that is a very delicate procedure that he did not want to get involved with because of risk of damaging pipes/personal injury, etc. I am glad he told us that upfront, since we wound up using glass/mirror contractor who was able to get the job done quickly, safely and relatively cheaply. One thing you can be sure of with Louie is that there will be few surprises, he goes over every detail with you, and then fixes any minor issues you may have at the end of the job. He is honest, reliable and completely professional. On a personal note, he is also a fine person, who was very patient, understanding and sympathetic with my wife and I during the job when we suffered the difficult loss of our family pet. I unhesitatingly recommend him for any kitchen or bath renovation.

This is the second bathroom we had Lou tile. We were so pleased with his first job, we asked him to take on this second one. We weren't disappointed. Lou returns calls promptly, always shows up on time , and does a great job. Also, (very important), he does a thourough clean-up. I would recommend him very highly.

It is absolutely the greatest thing I have had done. Nothing is hidden because of all the room in the new addition. Also modified the area in front of the sink, turned into a hinged drop out drawer. This panel allowed for enough room that I dont have to leave toiletries out on the sink anymore.

We started our bathroom renovation with Lou because he was very reasonably priced and because he was very detail oriented during the quotation phase. We had our bathroom completely gutted and our bathtub changed to a walk-in shower with custom bench with three different tiles, new vanity, new lighting, sheet rock, fan, molding and had to re-route plumbing. Lou was on time every morning and there every step of the way overseeing every aspect of the job. He didn't just send in a plumber or electrician. He skillfully put our bathroom together within one week top to bottom. The tile is beautiful. He was always pleasant and open to hear our concerns or questions concerning the many decisions one must make during construction. The bathroom is absolutely perfect and we could not be happier. A+ every step of the way. He has now been contracted by my parents who loved how the bathroom looked so much they decided to do their own over. Thanks Lou!

Louis Puleo is a terrific contractor. We worked out our plans and he made a schedule. He stuck exactly to the schedule and did quality work. Bathrooms were completed in 4 days over the weekend (Fri – Monday). Our kitchen was completed in 2 ½ weeks. When Louis makes a schedule, he commits to his customer, and the focus is on your job only.

Love was prompt. The estimate and final cost was the same. Job done in time estimated. Third time we have used Louie for work. Two bathroom and one kitchen. Will use again.

Lou totally gutted my bathroom 3 different times he is very experienced and fast i never had a problem with any of my bathrooms.

Went very well. Work was completed on time. He cleaned up the work area everyday and took away all debris daily. Did not have to have an ugly dumpster sitting in my driveway. He did all the work except for the electrical work, he had an electrician do that. He did such a great job that my son had him do his bathroom renovation, which also went very well.

Louie gave informative estimates and very helpful choosing materials. Always on time, very neat worker, always cleaned up completely each day. So trustworthy I would leave him a key to come in himself. A little pricey but the work is excellent.
