+ 0 moreWe used Gary Duff Designs and the landscaping work that they did was beautiful. When things needed to be spruced up a few years later, they came to the house, discussed things and never followed up. We called numerous times and then were told that they would n not come to Nassau county to do the work now.
Description of Work: Full landscaping and hardscaping.

+ 0 moreMy wife and I had an appointment with Mr. Duff to come to our house and give us an estimate for a large hardscaping and landscaping job. He called approx. an hour before he was scheduled to come TO CONFIRM he would be arriving on time despite the possibility of rain. My wife, who was not feeling well, stayed up with me waiting for him to arrive. Unfortunately, and unexpectedly, we never heard from Mr. Duff again. This was a first for us. Who does that?!
