They assured me that the sun-room would not heat up with the special glass they put in. They even performed a little test for me with a heat lamp and I couldn't feel heat transmitting. I now walk into my sun-room in the morning when the outside temp is at 70 degrees and the sun-room will be 90 degrees even with total venting and the fan running. I feel that the quality of workmanship on the sun-room itself was poor. They also upset me when they poorly covered the unfinished sun room with a tarp and let 4 inches of water accumulate on the floor. My husband and I were out trying to clean up the water while talking to the company on the phone. The water warped the floor boards and now I hear cracking every time I walk out. I thought it was shotty work.

Every time it rains, the ceiling leaks. I’ve had them back four times and so far they have been unable to fix it. Over the winter, we had a large snowstorm and it collapsed part of the roof. It has been horrible. When you try to contact them, they will not answer their phones. We have had to go to the office to communicate.

My initial contact was with Marcia-the designer. Marcia was professional and offered a lot of ideas. We had a set budget and Marcia helped us create a beautiful kitchen while adhering to our budget. The next step was meeting with the project manager and his team. He, I don't recall his name, went over the design and approved the plan. I was at work on the day of demolition, but the crew left the kitchen immaculate and removed all debris. I can say that all phases went extremely well and as planned. The carpenter, Rob, was great and obviously a master@ his craft. The electrician was neat and did a great job. I must say I suffer from analysis paralysis and a healthy dose of skepticism; I thought for sure that I would be scammed--definitely not the case. Not once was additional monies requested. The customer service @ Four Seasons was superb. Barbara, in the office, scheduled all appointments and made sure the project remained on the timeline. The final phase was a walk through with the project manager to ensure the job was completed satisfactorily. I have received rave reviews from family and friends. The only thing that I wished that Four Seasons did was paint. Kudos to Four Seasons for a job well done.

"Contract was signed in October. Windows delivered a month later were not the correct ones. It took another month to have the correct size sent. Initial plan was not according to our specifications.Corrections were made after at additional cost. The final installation was done yesterday. The job is not finished. Latches are missing from the windows. There is a promise for a return on 1/14/11. It is very difficult to talk to anybody in the company. No one answers the phone. Messages left ,go many times unanswered. The telephone mail box on several occasions was filled with messages and could not receive more, showing it is the usual way of life for them. Several men met at the start of the project are no longer working for them."

I signed a contract with them more then 7 months ago and put down a deposit of almost $ 5,000, after the salesman told me that they built TENS of rooms like the one I want. Until now, they couldn't give me ONE referral for a similar room. I got 6 or 7 referrals but none of them was what I was looking for. I keep calling and e-mailing them, but I get no proper referrals. Most of the time they will not return your call so you have to keep trying.... I asked them to return my deposit and of course they didn't, saying that one can get it back in the first 3 days after signing the contract. That would be true if they would provide the customer with reliable and true information in the beginning. Before signing the contract they will tell you everything you want to hear no matter if it is true or not, just to have you signing the contract and putting down a deposit. From my conversations with former customers (with rooms different from what I want) I found out that almost all of them had problems over time with leaks that had to be addressed promptly; but they had to call the contractor many times before he returned their call, and some times the repairs when done, were far from satisfactory and had to be done again and again. I'm still waiting for somebody to show me ONE good sun room built by Four Seasons Sunrooms more then one year ago that had no leaks. I'm trying to get my deposit back. They lied to me before signing the contract and were unable to show me ONE room like the one I'm interested in, over the 7 months. It seams that all they care about is getting your deposit.... After I realized how unreliable they are, I checked with BBB and found out that the company was rated "F" few months ago, and now "D"..... Check the "Complaints" on line before contacting them.

There was a slight difficulty getting design correct on paper to match our needs but after that was corrected job was completed in a timely fashion and workers did a very good job constructing the screen room as we wanted. Financing was available through company.

Initial Installation was incorrect and had to be reinstalled properly. Four Seasons would not correct defects in their product. Had to use NJ Dept of Consumer Affairs to get them to make MINIMAL Repairs to defective glazing. Glass has since ''fogged'' and they do not want to respond

THE COMPANY DID NOT DO QUALITY WORK. THE PRODUCT SEEMS TO BE GOOD, BUT THE WORKMANSHIP IS VERY BAD. THEY HAVE TRIED TO FINISH THE WORK, BUT THEY PUT GREEN SHINGLES ON WITH A EXISTING GRAY ROOF.

FOUR SEASONS DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF BUILDING MY SUNROOM AND IT LOOKS GREAT. THE PRICES WAS DECENT AND THE SERVICES WERE GOOD. THE STAFF WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.

I AM NOT PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION WITHIN THEIR COMPANY. THEY USED THE INCORRECT MATERIALS AND DID THE REPAIR INCORRECTLY, BUT I AM FORCED TO KEEP USING THEM OR BUILD A NEW GREENHOUSE.
