Fan motor stopped working on our forced air heat/AC system. Technician came out and diagnosed it as a burned out fan motor ( as I suspected also). Came back next afternoon with the motor and we were up and cooling off the house. Had them charge the system as well. I would definitely recommend them and I will use them again.

They responded in emergency circumstances. They squeezed me in to repair my problem in a hurry. They are expert people who know what they are doing. And I don't say that very easily. They're good and professional. They take care of me. I really applaud them.

I'd give them an A for everything. I have used them for numerous jobs. This job took about an hour and a half. They quickly diagnosed the problem and relieved my concerns. They couldn't do the job right away, but they did send someone over to fix the problem until they could come do the bigger job.

Responded to emergency in 24 hours. Diagnosed problem in hot attic & proceeded to fix. Explained air conditioner operations on my level. Good man, good mechanic!!

Provider showed up promptly when expected. Very friendly courteous man. I explained the whole problem to him. Within 5 minutes, he pulled the cover off the AC unit. He spotted a burnt out wire, which he stripped, and added a new connector to. Voila! it works now.again .I have to think most contractors would have told me I needed a new compressor, costing 1000s of $$$n$. An HONEST contractor is worth a MILLION dollars.... Thanks to this company!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

It was excellent. He told me the possible cause of the problem, and he fixed the problem by cranking up the temperature on the hot water. So he solved the problem. He was only required to troubleshoot the problem; he actually solved the problem. The big deal price was $39. There were no additional charges but he was so good that I gave him a nice tip.
Description of Work: He evaluated the heat system because the heat wasn’t good in one room. He solved the problem for me at no extra charge. He just cranked up the temperature on the hot water. He also told me what might be causing the other room to get cold. So I shut off the hideavector in the kitchen because that was tripping the thermostat to turn off. It was registering a higher heat so it shut down and the baby's room would be cold.

Description of Work: Gas oven not working. Called and left a message on a Sunday. He was here the next morning, fixed it and it's fine. Have used them before and will use them again.

We had some scheduling problems earlier in the week. They were very busy as it has been very hot out. Called them again today and they were here within an hour. Technician John was very nice and gave me lots of information about my heating and cooling system.
Description of Work: Central air wasn't working. They found that the unit was 3 lbs short refrigerant. He charged it and it's running perfectly. Did a visual inspection of all the equipment and said it was in good shape.
