Every element was disastrous We met with the sales person and confirmed/finalized all aspects of the order. When we went to pay they said that the contrator had to pay to qualify for the contractor discount. The next morning the contractor went in and was told that he had to sign off on the measurements/order even though we had done so the prior evening. The Contractor was not told that there were any deviations from the contract we had finalized the prior evening.and signed off The cabinet as delivered was the wrong color. There is no question as to our having designated the color when we finalized the details but someone on Consumer's staff apparently took to rewriting the deal. In addition, the molded top, as delivered, was "short" and did not extend beyond the edge of the vanity. Of course that wasn't so bad as the vanity as delivered was "uneven"; the left side extended slightly beyong the molded top but on the right side the vanity was recessed. While it was not we had ordered, unless we were willing to take them to court we had to settle for a backsplash and we had specifically decided we did not want a backsplash It was also noticed that there were defects in the molded top. While they promised to fix them, that was 6 weeks ago and we are still waiting. Typically for Consumers, when the medicine cabinet and matching light bar were unpacked it was discovered that it was not the model we had ordered and as reflected on the order - it had round corners rather than cut corners. Maybe not a big deal, but not what we wanted or what we had ordered. Given our disgust with this merchant we decided that we did not want to expend any more energy fighting with them and we had the one they shipped installed. As it developed one of the doors was damaged and the contractor immediately contacted them seeking a replacement door. They were given a drawing showing the difference . As might have been expected from them, they shipped the wrong door again; a door matching the model we ordered and not the model they had shipped which was installed. This was not a cheap medicine cabinet and matching light bar and we wanted the medicine cabinet debacle corrected. This battle is still going on. Under no circumstances would I recommend that anybody use this merchant

There was no communication at this company. Once the order was placed no one knew what was going on and was impossible to get someone on the phone who could help us. Total confusion for a simple job, it was an unnecessary hassle. However, the countertop and sink fit perfectly and I have no complaints with the actual product or installation.

As expected

They do a good job and I am pleased with the service. I would recommend them to other people, because they were professional and very hard working. They were very clean and have a great quality of work as well. They are a great company and easy to work with.
