In this companies Business Description, on Angies List, it says that ?The cost is determined by the job, (parts & labor), No Travel Charges, No Emergency Service Charges.? When I called on 4/1 & spoke with Eddy, & explained the problem I was having, he told me there was a $84.95 Service Call Charge plus the cost of the repair. When I told him of the above info I read on Angies List he said he was unaware of it. I asked him to have Janice Meyer, listed as the contact on Angies List, call me back. To date I have not heard a word from Janice or anyone else at this company. I?ve found since checking other sources on Angies list that the average Service Charge, if there is one is around $55.

Above All was great! I spoke to three women in the office, & they were all friendly, courteous & very helpful. In fact, they put us in touch with Frigidaire warranty service,& after I explained the situation to them, they gave us special consideration & agreed to replace the missing parts at no charge! Without the helpful people at Above All, we would never have known that the manufacturer would even do such a thing. They scheduled a service man to come out this afternoon, & he just left. He was knowledgeable & very helpful. He took a list of parts needed, said he would order them today & will schedule to come and install them ASAP.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT PART HE PUT IN, BUT THE WORK WAS DONE VERY QUICKLY. THE SERVICEMAN ARRIVED HERE IN A TIMELY MANNER AS PROMISED. HE WAS A REAL NICE GUY.
