Description of Work: When my septic tank collapsed, Fran was here asap. When a couple of months went by and I still couldn't find anyone to redo the system, I called him in a panic, because it was an emergency I was having to live with. He told me he would find me someone and brought Nate Olney here the next morning, who was willing to come in a coupe of days and start the job. Fran was here for me during the job, doing what he could to help. I don't think it would be done now if he hadn't had such a kind heart. And his price to pump a tank is a lot less than others in the business.

+ 0 moreResponsive to call requesting work, consistently kept us informed of what was needed, schedule and recommendations for having safe, legally compliant septic system in town of Wayne, NY. Very courteous, knowledgeable worker.
Description of Work: Wrok required backhoe, 2 men to locate septic, use of electronic locating device to accurately diagnoxe location. Septic Tank pumped, inspected 3 Feet Cement risers installed, back hoe used to complete replacement of dirt and rocks. Minimal damage to yard, garden.
