I'm an older adult with some medical issues. Amy and staff were very respectful and considerate of this. They maintained a strict Covid cleaning/sanitizing policy. Attention to detail was unsurpassed. Explanations of what was going to be done, how it was going to be done and products used was fabulous. Their professionalism and product are wonderful! AND, they are just really nice people!

Ruby’s services are amazing! They are extremely professional and do an amazing job cleaning my home. It’s such a relief to get deep cleaning at an affordable price. The cleaning is very detailed and worth every penny!

I am very impressed with this cleaning service. They do a very thorough cleaning of the bathrooms, kitchen and floors. Love the finishing touches! I also love walking in to the smell of the products they use. I have animals and small children and all of the products they use are safe!! Would definitely recommend their services.

They do whatever we ask, and often go beyond to find and treat other maintenance issues. I particularly like Ruby's treatment of my wood floors and use of natural-based cleaning. products. Extremely well. Ruby's Services is a small family enterprise. They've provided first rate cleaning weekly for us for 18 months. They are always punctual and willing to take on any task.. Indeed, they've often spotted something that needs to be done and brought it to our attention. I particularly like their gentle treatment of wood floors and appreciate that they use natural cleaning agents. I recommend Ruby's very highly indeed, without reservations.

I was blown away by how thorough Amy was at this first cleaning. She arrived right on time, spent an entire 8 hours deep cleaning every corner of the house, inside appliances, dusted my stemware, got under furniture, I mean seriously - every nook and cranny. She was friendly and wonderful to work with, and I look forward to scheduled monthly cleanings.

Great ! We are very environmentally responsible and are thrilled with the earth-friendly products. The house is sparkling when Amy leaves. She always texts me if she's caught in traffic but she is never more than 10 minutes late. We've developed a strategic plan to focus on a trouble spot each session and do a deep dive on that area while not neglecting the rest of the house. The hardwood floors have never been cleaner - they are usually covered in dog drool and paw prints and they are spotless after Amy leaves. And the kitchen practically sings - microwave, sink and countertops glisten. Amy is very intelligent , and a problem solver and also a truly kind person. I trust her 100% . My husband had a near fatal illness in March and suddenly became a paraplegic . Although he is still hospitalized, I am counting on Amy to help me transition the house to accommodate his needs upon his discharge. Knowing she is willing to help reduces my stress enormously. I enthusiastically recommend her !

Ann with ruby's services was great. She was a little hard to get a hold of at first because she doesn't talk on the phone while she is working which I like. She did a wonderful job and my home has never looked so clean. I will use her again and in fact im having her come every 2 weeks.

Amy was 15 minutes early for our appointment. She is extremely polite, friendly and professional. Her work is exceptional, she did not miss anything that needed to be done. Every nook and cranny was cleaned thoroughly. I am very pleased with her and have hired her again for monthly cleanings. I can assure you that you will be very pleased with her work ethic. She was very kind and friendly to my elderly handicapped mother. You can hire her with confidence.

It went excellent! When I returned home the state of my living room far exceeded my expectations; especially for the price. We are guaranteed to have Ruby's in our home again.

It was amazing! I didn't have to be home and my cats were happy and safe. I came home and could not stop saying oh my god cheering with my arms up in the air. I took pictures and sent them to my mom and she said the house was never that clean.

When I learned that Amy had her own cleaning services business via a Facebook post/review, I immediately reached out to her. We've been using another company for the past year, but I'm all about supporting local business, especially when she's a cool chick! I'm glad I did... her attention to detail is impeccable, she works her *** off, AND at a very reasonable price. My wife said it best, she's never met Amy before and fell in love with her in minutes and felt she could leave the house to her. That says it all... and she's our pups new best friend!
