Description of Work: We had a corner of our driveway repaired and our driveway sealed. It took some time to get them out for a quote. Once received and we decided to go with them, they quoted us a date weeks out. Only because my father-in-law was getting work done from the same company and complained about the long lead time, did we have someone show up much sooner. Also, for the price, the size of the repair seemed meager. We were hoping more would be done to where our driveway met the road. The work done, however, was top notch.

Description of Work: Our first appointment was postponed due to anticipated bad weather. Magic Seal was prompt in contacting us to reschedule. Three gentlemen showed up on the day of service. They edged the driveway, removed weeds that were growing at the end of the driveway near the street, and used a blower to remove grass, stones, and dirt from the driveway surface. They sealed the driveway using squeegees and brushes, making sure to fill in the small cracks. They worked quickly and cleaned up the area when they were done. We were very pleased with their work.

Description of Work: They are very consensus workers. Brought the correct equipment, showed up when they said they would, and did an excellent job in a timely fashion. They offered a great price for a great service, even with having to drive some distance for the work.

Description of Work: A trio of young gentlemen showed up on the appointed day and sealed my driveway. Took less than 15 minutes. One handed me a card with the amount to send in or call in using a card. When I initially called, they scheduled the appointment within a week. Good, fast service. I felt the price was very reasonable. I did think that a cardboard cone was insufficient to block my driveway, however. I prefer other companies I've seen string a barrier across the entire width of the driveway.

Description of Work: The driveway looks wonderful! They had to dig up the old driveway which had not been replaced in over 25 years. They also expanded it to make a complete 2 car driveway from the garage out to the road. It went in stages and the final product is exactly what I hoped for. Very friendly and hard working individuals.

Description of Work: They were to create a swale (slight dip) at the bottom of the driveway to carry the rain water away. The work done resulted in significantly worsening the problem they were hired to correct and they ignored my repeated requests to make good on their commitment to do the job as contracted.

Description of Work: They sealed my driveway. This is the first time I've used Magic Seal and I called to arrange for them to do both my driveway and my neighbor's driveway. They were able to provide estimates over the phone and we set a date for them to do the work. They arrived on the appointed day and did a great job on my neighbor's driveway. They were about to drive off when I caught up with them and asked them why they weren't doing mine too, as arranged. The guys on the truck did not have me on their schedule for some reason but they stopped and did do my driveway, including some crack sealing I had requested. The failure to have me on their truck schedule is the only reason for the "B" rating on responsiveness. They did a great job, very fast but very careful. We certainly will use them again.
